I was there with my friend Maureen as there was a problem with her car, the problem was seen to immediately, the man that dealt with Maureen was a lovely man called David took time to talk with us and time spent with us was unlimited and he also wished me a happy birthday as it was my birthday and that speaks volumes about David, thank you David are one of the worlds few gentleman, and the car was fixed with no complications and that lead to a happy Maureen, thank you

A great place to purchase a new or used Ford in Northern Ireland. A family run Ford dealership since 1947 with very friendly staff, well worth a visit. New Cost cutters shop and forecourt, plus electric vehicle charging points on site.

Worst experience ever bought audi a4 off pat dixon negotiated price for car genuine audi timing belt kit when got receipt pattern kit fitted fraction of price blamed workshop engine light on after a few weeks switched off said fixed came back on again major problem had to go to audi given courtesy car (joke) would not start every day cost me to change insurance 3 times after a month decided to reject car unable to give me date when fixed gordon manager would not sort out phone calls put to pat offered 2000 less then paid only had car 4 months i put full mot on it contacted trading standards told i was being ripped off eventually had to accept loss of 1270 to get matter to end in hindsight wish i had took to court

David went above and beyond to support my mother on her motability car choice. He was well informed and courteous and helped through all steps of the process. Very easy to recommend others to visit Browne and Day and speak to the kindest gentleman out there to choose their Ford motability car. Great service.
