We had an amazing visit at Ultrasound Direct Harley Street. Our sonographer was so sweet and encouraging and made us feel super excited about our first pregnancy. We were in an out in 20 mins! I highly recommend an early scan through them!

I cannot express how thrilled my partner and I were with our recent baby gender scan at Ultrasound Direct in Harley Street. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Ankita, the sonographer, and Farah, the clinic assistant, provided us with exceptional care and made the entire process incredibly enjoyable.Ankita's expertise and professionalism shone through during our scan. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to us in a clear and compassionate manner. Her attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that we received accurate and reliable information and did not mind us asking many questions. Ankita's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, making the experience even more memorable.Farah, the clinic assistant, was an absolute delight. She greeted us with a warm smile upon our arrival, making us feel welcome and comfortable.In comparison to our previous experience with Window to the Womb in Ealing, Ultrasound Direct in Harley Street far surpassed our expectations. The contrast between the two experiences was astounding. The professionalism and expertise displayed by the staff at Ultrasound Direct left us feeling confident and satisfied with our decision to choose their services. The attention to detail and the genuine care shown towards us were unparalleled.One aspect that truly impressed us was their commitment to helping us keep the gender a secret. Very positive experience at the clinic. Everything was done to make me feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease. Smiling and considerate staff. I was given clear explanations throughout the whole scan and answers to all my questions.Highly recommended.

I had a gender scan there a day ago. It cost 60£ and was scheduled to last 15 mins. Our baby revealed the gender in the first couple of minutes and we were ready to be told that this is it, but instead the sonographer (her name was Tatiana) spent our next 15 minutes checking the baby's vitals, showing us the measurements, videos, explaining different things. Not for a second we felt rushed (even though they were running slightly late) and overall it was a 5 star service. We got a lot of printed pictures including couple of 4D ones and also a link to them and to our video online.I highly recommend this clinic and Tatiana and her assistant in particular!

Absolutely superb from start to finish. Appointment was at 13.00 called in from the lovely waiting room at exactly 13.00. The whole ultrasound was professional and everything was explained as it progressed. Results were with me almost immediately upon leaving the building including photos and a written report.I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone and would point out that the cost is within the reach of all.Thank you,Trevor Morgan.

This is completely rubbish, i booked for 4d scan on harley street they comfirmed and even deducted my deposit already and after a day i havent recieved any confirmation email so i called to asked but unfortunately one of the staff is totally not helpful and very nasty even raising her voice while talking to me, She told me her name is “ana” and was telling me that the available clinic is on chiswick which is very inconvenient for me. I was asking her if i cancelled can they give back the deposit, she said no. I was like thats not fair because at the first place they shoudnt confirm the booking if the place youre booking is not available for that scan.. and she continues to argue, and even told me “ ok then goodbye for your deposit and just hang up.. these people shouldnt be employed in this kind of job if they dont know how to handle costumers. Horrible experience.. totally rubbish

This is my second ultrasound with them and it doesn’t even come close to the professionalism of the first one.first one was in the city of London this one was on Harley street- seemed like nobody knew what was happening or what’s supposed to be done. First of all waited over 30 mins, and the ultrasound room is home to the reception booth as well.the office manager/reception lady sits there during appointments!! No privacy curtain either !!! Never seen that before! Was also asked to clear payment BEFORE the ultrasound - never had that happen before. Literally as I entered the room I was prompted to pay !And the results weren’t released as fast in fact I still don’t have the images but will give it a day. Wouldn’t recommend the Harley street location and wouldn’t go back. The city one is super professional and I have at the time given them 5 stars and would have given them 10 but this one doesn’t even come close.

I went in for a gender scan. I haven't experienced such coldness from a sonographer or assistant before, especially when the service is private.The assistant isn't welcoming at all. Going into the room, before I even managed to put my bag down, she asks for a remainder of the payment, this is prior to even starting the scan, which I have never experienced before. Normally, a patient/client, whoever, pays upon completion of service, not before.The sonographer is extremely unwelcoming. She is cold and unfriendly - K. Govender. No introduction to herself, just a very blunt scan. I got a lay down on here". I kept a smile on as I'm excited to see my baby on screen and I shrugged off her coldness.She then asks for my EDD

I had a very positive experience at Ultrasound Direct in Harley Street.Nabila, who conducted the ultrasound (pelvic and transvag.) was incredibly gentle, professional, and considerate, putting me at ease throughout the exam. Lia, who welcomed me, was also great. Overall, it's a top-notch service, and I highly recommend this clinic for its excellent value for money. Also, results are almost immediately available!
