Food was good but it was extremely busy so we have only been given 1.5 hours for our food.Food was fairly authentic and reasonable price after the 50% discount but will be on the higher side without the discount

It seems a lot of the negative reviews so far are because they couldn’t get in or make a reservation. The restaurant has been open a matter of days. Show me a restaurant that doesn’t have some technical issues in its opening days!As for me, as I was lucky enough to get a booking, I agree the place is VERY BUSY, so maybe that will calm down after the opening week (where everything is half off) but once you’re in, the experience is great!Our server was friendly and knowledgeable (even though it was obvious he was quite busy) and the food was really the star of the show, with so many great ingredients and the central hot pot was delish!As of this review (Nov 17th 2023) the place is still settling. Maybe wait a week or two for things to calm down and try again. It will be worth the wait.They have a new regular customer in me.

Absolutely amazing food and service, so friendly and polite. The staff were great at showing us the menu and recommendations. Food was super fresh! Definately going again!!!

I rarely get impressed by hot pot restaurant but I have to say this was amazing .It is very popular so be prepared to wait a bit , however once you sit down , the food is gonna blown your mind .Choices is kept fairly simple but the food quality and quantity is fantastic . Service can be slightly slow at time however they take care of every steps of the preparing and you can to see the food slowly prepared and evolve in front of you .Best part is after you have finished the amazing chicken stew , they top up the stock so you get to have a really delicious hotpot with the super flavourful broth . For me I think condiments were not needed as the soup base is so good .Overall I have enjoyed it and I can’t wait to come back again

I visited today for the first time and had an incredible experience. The service is great and the entire team at the restaurant are extremely friendly.We are already planning our next trip back. Strongly recommend!

I recently tried the new hotpot restaurant in the area and was pleasantly surprised. The bustling atmosphere reflected its popularity, but in a good way – a vibrant and lively ambiance. The food exceeded my expectations, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend making a reservation to avoid waiting in the busy queue; it's a testament to the restaurant's growing popularity. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I'll undoubtedly revisit.

Wow wow wow! Where do I start? Fresh food, taste was amazing and the staff was so knowledgeable. Reminds me of home! Not really sure why there’s complaints on the wait? The restaurant just opened, there’s supposed to be a cue! I would be very scared if there’s no wait.. Was there with my European friends and they absolutely loved it! I’m Chinese and it just made me feel right at home…

Best hot pot I’ve had in a looooooong time! Generous portions, and I love especially how the beef strips are nicely cut — perfect for the hotpot experience. The place also is very neat, staff very friendly, and the ambience is very relaxing. Best to call ahead for a table reservation as it’s very popular especially among hotpot-lovers.
