Shred Station London

Poor customer service - I have asked for an additional cabinet to be installed, and this is pending since May. Shred Station customer service team has decided to simply ignore my emails despite having an active contract with this company.

From enquiry to delivering the service, the team at Shred Station were a pleasure to deal with. We received a quick and simple quote for onsite confidential shredding, booking was easy and the operatives were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We will defiantly be using this service again which was by far the most economical in the market.

All of the Shred Station team that I dealt with were clear, efficient, friendly, respectful and accommodating. Their pricing was clear. The process of coming and doing our shredding was done so efficiently it was a minimal intrusion in a busy work day.I would highly recommend Shred Station for anyone needing their waste dealt with effectively and professionally. Shred Station arrived this morning...what an amazing company.Boxes shredded on site, quickly and easily, by 2 very efficient and polite guys...payment made when they'd finished and job done !!Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing shredding services, and we will now use them on an annual basis.

I needed to get some work documentation and bank statements shredded because I am moving house and there was too much for my domestic shredder. Shred Station were excellent. I booked the date with Alex and he told me the team would call me 30mins before collection. They were spot on time and it took 5 mins for them to collect all of my shredding and take it away. I got a certificate a few days later to confirm everything had been shredded. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend shred at station.

Amazing service! Email correspondence was excellent and all of my questions were answered. On the day, I was called in advance and the driver was prompt. I required the 'on-site' shredding service and all of my confidential material was shredded super quick. They were so nice and I cannot recommend Shred Station enough. Thanks!

Nobody turned up on my collection day. I emailed at noon on the day - no reply. I called at 3pm on the day and was assured someone would be coming. I emailed again at 6pm - no reply. The following day at 10am, still no word from the company I called and was informed my collection had been missed. No collection the following day could be arranged.To improve the service the company should be replying to emails. Also informing customers when collections are not happening - i had to sit around all day waiting and that could have been avoided. It should not then be for the customer to chase up the following day what has happened.

Excellent experience with ShredStation. Good communication (phone and email), flexible options. Required on site shredding, the crew were on time and very efficient and all paperwork/certificate of job handed over. Only issue would be 4% surcharge for credit cards.
