We have used Darren and team on two occasions. The first during a shower room update and the second more recently to convert our gravity water system to unvented. They are very professional & very meticulous in their work ensuring a very high quality job. His communication is excellent providing updates & explain what is happening. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren and team & they will definitely be our first port of call for future work.

Darren has recently installed a new hot water cylinder after our old one failed alongside a boiler service and repair to a leaky water main. Turned up on time and kept us informed of any problems. All work was conducted to the highest standards and left impeccably clean. The leaky water main had terrible access and was a very tricky/fiddly job but was completed with no complaints. Excellent value for money and no complaints from us. We will be using Darren for our future plumbing works

I have used this company over the last six years to move my gas boiler from my kitchen to the loft, and install my hot water tank, and change by bathroom to a shower room, I will definitely use them again, I had no problems at all, excellent company.

Darren and team installed a complete new heating system for us and 3 new bathrooms as well as other radiators in several rooms. It was a complex job and was completed in a highly professional manner and the results are of top quality. Darren was also a pleasure to deal with at all times. Very highly recommended.

This company installed floor heating system in our house . after 2 years the valve have to be replaced as it make loud sounds and they simply dont care... no responds to my calls, when I finally get through they respond was they dont have a time for it! Avoid .

Darren replaced our boiler in our first floor flat. He was very polite and considerate of neighbours in our communal areas.He worked around us as a family with small children and gave great advice on what type of boiler we required for 2 bedrooms.Darren worked very tidily and arrived in time and completed the work to the time scale and price quoted.Would highly recommend Darren

On answering the call, the gentleman immediately stated he could not help with an emergency but could assist with planned works. I started to explain that I was requesting a quote to install an outside tap and replace external PVC piping. He hung up. He was unnecessarily rude, abrupt, and unprofessional.

Darren completed the plumbing on the new build we purchased and we have had no problems with the installation for the 5 years we have lived here.Darren has also completed annual services, fitting us in at short notice on many occasions! Always friendly and helpful and would highly recommend.
