Amazing service and fix of my schwinn beach cruiser! Never been so smooth. Just great to find someone who was enthusiastic about my trusty (but rather difficult) steed. Excellent, efficient, superb prices. Love the pick-up-drop-off and super friendly all round good sorts. Thank you chaps! Will no doubt send her back in some time... Highly recommended, great service. I went in a few days ago to buy a new gear shifter for my hub gear bike, and they just so happened to have the right part in, and at a very reasonable price. Today I had some trouble fitting it, so popped back along to the shop. Different guy working today, but also very friendly - talked me through (and helped with) every step of the procedure where I got stuck, refused any money for his help, and even gave me a couple of little extra bits I needed for free from their scrap pile. I will definitely be back.

This is a great business, some say its a bit out of the way, but considering they pick up/drop off your bike this doesn't matter. Its on my commute and I think it's a good location, plenty of space rather than a cluttered shop.Adam serviced my bike and trued my wheel, he gave me good run down of everything needing done and some tips for going forward, very helpful and friendly! All done at a reasonable price. 2 weeks later and its all running smooth.Thanks a lot! Think I've found my new favourite LBS (after some bad experiences with other shops in the area).

I'd recommend Grease Monkeys to any new customers as they are very reliable in a very good service that they provide as I can't wait until I get back on my mountain bike to hit the trail cycle paths with brand new suspension forks. And this is why I'm recommending them with a very quick repair service.

Sent my request for a bike service via their online form, called back really quickly... bike picked up, serviced and a few bits fixed (new spoke, brakes). Called to talk me through the condition of the bike and returned back cleaned up looking like new. Brilliant friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Friendly, quick and very convenient.However, I did expect a far more thorough service for the price. The rust on my bike was not dealt with and my worn break pads were not mentioned as needing replaced though they do.Still, the courtesy bike is a nice feature of Grease Monkey Cycles.

Popped in last week to get price check as gears were jumping, Adam was in on his own and gave me quote and advised he could fix there and then. Very professional and superb price, especially compared to what I was expecting after checking other possibilities, will definitely be going back to get my bike serviced later in the year and using Grease Monkey Cycles as my go to place for any future bike issues.

One of they guys hosted a pop up session at my work. He was very friendly and professional but recommended I get my back brake caliper replaced (which I had suspected was broken). I got my bike booked in for the next day where it was treated to a new brake and a few other tweaks. Again great friendly service and very professional.

I have often popped into this shop for assistance and I have always been impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are.I got a set of mud guards fitted a couple of months ago, the young guy was really accommodating, I had popped in close to closing time not realising how long they take to fit. He was great and was happy to foot them there and then. I found that the back one has been slipping recently and today one of the spokes came off. Again I just turned up (again quite close to closing :-/) and the man, sorry, I didn't catch your name, was really helpful, fixed it there and then and even had the parts needed that I was missing.He even let me use the hose to wash off my bike a bit :-)Great service, everyone, everytime!!Thank you

Came in unplanned to enquire about tuning the gears on my new road bike. Spoke to Adam and asked to call back tomorrow when I have my bike with me. Called back the following day. Turned out to be a simple issue. Adam was super knowledgeable and friendly, and showed me how to get around the issue I had. Will definitely come back to service my bikes here in the future when they need it.
