iPhone 13mini Phone died over nite. Tried cleaning etc etc. One store suggested logikboard and 3 week turnaround with no guarantee. Marie at western computers did a quick complete hard reset and bingo it’s working fine. No charge but will remember for next time.

My daughter’s iPhone 13 has never properly charged from its wire port, so I took it in to Western Computers assuming it would need a couple of days looking at. Alex (I think) served us, and with a pair of tweezers and some delicate tinkering resolved that issue in about 5 minutes flat! This is our second time of going in to them, and both times they have been really helpful, knowledgeable and resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend!
