An absolute horrendous experience every time with prescriptions!Practice management need to sort this system out. Wasted 1hr running to and fro for prescription only for them to reprint one that has already been collected previously, so could not be used. Printed another one from 2018 afterwards! We're now 2023...

I don’t know how a doctors can be so difficult, everytime I ring up and want to be seen they’re always “fully booked”, I ring up one morning and then they tell me to call the next morning and do the same but I get the same response the next morning, how am I supposed to be seen? And when you’re waiting for 30 minutes in a call queue, shows you need more people in the call centre, other places would have sorted this by now. I just feel like the place doesn’t actual care about my needs at all.

Absolutely ridiculous to try and get an appointment. I would be ashamed to work here if I was a GP or receptionist. Always had issues here getting an appointment and then when you do see a doctor they are never very helpful. I got up early on my day off this morning to try and call to see a doctor about a blocked ear and constantly just get ‘used busy’ everyone I call, so now I will have to get up early on another day off this week. Absolutely a joke when I have already been once and the doctor told me to use olive oil which I have for the past few days and it has made my ear worse!! Terrible surgery wouldn’t recommend.

Teresa at furlong medical centre always goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can, she deals with concerns and requests efficiently and always gets back to me within a few hours, she is very positive and reassuring. Brilliant health care practitioner and also now a good friend.

The reception staff are not friendly, and the reception is often crowded in the morning, and the reason is that the staff is slow, and most of the time there is only one person working in the reception, and that affects the time of the reviewer. Sometimes it takes more than half an hour until you can reach the receptionist

Would of give a Five star as the food is excellent it tastes like homemade food delicious 100%Sadly it’s let down by the female staff who are disrespectful, arrogant and make you feel unwelcome not all the staff were like that only two of themI’m not the only one who as mentioned it as numerous friends of mine as said the sameThe one lady who takes the bookings and takes you to your table makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as if she owns the pubI asked politely if my table could be cleaned as I have 2 Autistic children with me and was totally ignored and given a disrespectful look and attitude towards meI spent £70 which was well worth every penny for the food but sorry service us appalling.

If I could give this doctors no stars I would. I have never known anywhere so hard to get an appointment. They ask you to call at 8 in a morning when you ring bang on it says user busy and it’s like that for a while and when you finally get through after pacing they tell you they have no appointments and to call back. Actually infuriates me for the entire day. I don’t understand why they are not doing anything about this as they have such a low rating. Absolutely rubbish

Poor service. We never receive appointments when we call for urgent care, even for newborns. They'll always say there's a staff shortage. This has happened numerous times.
