Excellent customer service via email and phone, provided samples that arrived quickly so i could decide if it was what i needed. It was and the coloured acrylic rod is top quality... shame the driver delivered it to next door because he couldn't be bothered to wait 10 seconds ! (that's not theplasticshop's fault though)I will be purchasing again.

The screen I ordered was cracked. When I informed Chloe of the customer service team she immediately agreed to send me a replacement screen which as promised arrived this morning. An excellent product, just what I wanted to protect a couple of models. Great service, thanks again,Chloe!

Having ordered from a competitor and been left disappointed when they cancelled the order the day I was meant to receive the goods I opted to choose the plastic shop who not only beat the other supplier on price they also managed the order in the pandemic with tremendous integrity, they were in constant contact and only missed the original delivery date by a few days. They informed me promptly of the delay which given the situation was absolutely acceptable to me as a customer. All products ordered were correct and undamaged, I would highly recommend anyone looking for acrylic lettering on a budget to use the plastic shop, I will post photos of the signs once they are in place, thanks again for the amazing service in a difficult time

I cannot give enough praise to the plastic shop. I spoke to them on the phone a few times (cause I'm a bit of a demanding customer) and they were friendly, helpful and responsive every single time. The product itself (perspex sheets - like everyone else in the middle of the pandemic) was delivered on time, easy to assemble and are practically invisible on the desks. Price wise, I could not find a better price anywhere online and the plastic shop was able to produce my bespoke (1400mm x 750mm) order unlike others.

Once again the plastic shop achieved for me what I wanted and supplied some cut perspex in superfast time. I needed some coloured perspex which was transparent and ended up buying a half sheet of amber tint 3mm thick perspex. Another little art job is now complete. I received great advise, patient help & the sheet cut to size of course. Many thanks.

I have just installed the two bespoke cut sheets of 3mm plastic mirror to the inside of my new wardrobe doors, they fitted perfectly. I used Gorilla heavy duty double sided mounting tape - worked fine and no distortion. Very very happy with the product. Also, the service was great, as was the packaging and delivery.
