Nick was excellent! There was some water damage on my Macbook Air and it was completely ruined, unable to turn on. I went to the Apple store and they priced it between £450-950 and 2 weeks to repair. Nick prepared it in less than 24h and gave me a much cheaper price than the Apple store. I'd recommend him to everyone I know!

My computer desktop was fixed after a day! First time seeing such a professionalism so quickly, first took it to a different store and not being fixed after few days but he told me to wait a while again but I brought it to ComputerITNet in Marylebone Seymour place very convenient and easy to reach in central London which is also renovating his store, but still very helpful. Even he asked me to pay upfront and cash or bank transfer annd agreed to do by bank transfer! Next day he said my PC such a complex gaming computer is fixed and delivered it to me! I couldn’t believe it First start up of my computer run prefect without any issues. I asked him how is that possible other people said it is not fixable after days working on it that and he told me there are always better people in every profession. my computer running Well since then I am won’t judge from now on anyone by few critics on reviews. I do so much on my computer that every day working or gaming dont turn off for couple of days due to work! It was with blue screen after few minutes when I took to repair I showed him photos of the problem and he said this could be corrupted OS oprating system or hard drive failure straight away. After repair I asked I can't carry it to heavy and he offered he can come to my place and deliver it! Then he asked to proceed with extra payment for delivery which is very good service and secure. when he was at my place fully installed and showed my computer fully operational and never failed. Then he told me he cares so much for perfect service and customer satisfaction and said please leave me review so by seeing that everyone understands it is not about look of your store but expertise of engineer with quick delivery of prefect 5 stars services as I know my computer was not easy to fix as it's very complicated and had many components with lot of extra parts inside, plus it was supper heavyI. I appreciate the work and his efforts for helping me who was trying his best regardless with their best service! I certainly telling everyone be confident this the best computer laptop mac services

Brought my desktop to fix it after it wouldn't open! First time seeing the person something didn't feel right, first of all it was in a different store and not the original but he told me he is renovating his store, then he asked me to pay upfront and cash! Of course I couldn't and he agreed to do by bank transfer! Next day he said he fixed it and brought it to me! First start up of my computer run properly but I noticed that my leds of my top fans were not on! I asked him what is that and he told me it's better to run my computer like that! Well I said okay he might know a bit better! Didn't do much on my computer that day and didn't turn on for couple of days due to work! Came today to open and first thing I see is a blue screen! I send him photos of the problem and he says this is corrupted OS bring it to me, I told him I can't and if he can come to my place and check it! Then he proceeds to ask me for money when he was the one to install the OS, so basically this means his job failed! Then he proceeds to tell me he doesn't care and saying that everyone messes up from time to time but he still wants to charge me! I put 3 stars only because I know my computer is not easy to handle as it's big and has a lot of things inside, plus I will never take away any effort of any person who is trying give you their service! Only unpleased with this and the attitude after asking him to complete his job and check again why this happened to my computer
