We called in, not expecting to be open but they work until 6pm. The service was speedy and excellent and the car looks like new. They even blackwall the tyres! . Could not fault. Will definitely return. .

Excellent service from the young lad Fiori at the car wash. Did the best job on my dashboard and is always friendly and smiling. Asked for his name just to write this review. Did an amazing job on the car and had even better customer service. Will definitely be going again!!

!!Avoid** **Avoid** **Avoid!!I took my June 2023 plated brand new car to be cleaned on Sunday 17th September. As I have a dog, I wanted to pay a fair price so requested the premium service. The man there (Mario) looked in the back and said as you have a dog it will be between £35-£40 and would take 40 mins. I agreed and left my car with them while I popped into the shops.When I returned, I paid for the service and was getting ready to drive away, when I noticed considerable damage to the interior of my car around the drivers side air vent. It looked like it had been scratched and melted. When I approached Mario, he said he had noticed it but thought it was already like it. He called the man over who had actually cleaned the interior of my car, and he was grinning as he sauntered over. He said that he used this spray and this cloth which would not cause this type of damage and had a constant smirk.Mario then said it must have been your heater. I said it was summer and I have only been using my air conditioning and it was definitely not like that before I left my keys with them. The tone quickly changed, their voices became raised and I started to be accused of doing the damage myself and that I was trying to blame them. I insisted it definitely was not like that before and they were lying.I asked for a refund and said they are providing a service and I couldn’t understand why they were shouting at me. I had my £35 thrown at me and was told to leave the site and was never welcome back. I asked for the Managers name and the man ordering me off the site said he was the Manager and that his name was Mario.I was astonished. I was a lone woman and to get rid of me and avoid admitting their mistake they were very aggressive! I totally understand mistakes happen and this could have been resolved honestly and amicably, but it was the aggression, lack of care and responsibility that made me want to warn anyone else, particularly women, using this car wash.I went to Toyota Marshal to show them the damage and they said that they had used products too strong which then melted the dashboard material. I later looked around my car and noticed I also had damage to the back and looked like it had been reversed into something as the scrapes were deep enough to see the metal. I cannot prove this was them as it could have happened somewhere else but as it is an automatic car, I have my suspicion they were not used to driving this type of car and did the damage. They are never going to admit this, and I cannot prove it but I know 100% that they did the damage to my air vent.I will foot the bill of the repair and have learned my lesson. Trust me I will never be returning. Save yourself the hassle and upset. Terrible Service. Avoid!

I always use them for a full car valet and have found them efficient, effective and reasonably priced for the food job they achieve . Well done guys!
