Audi City London

One of the best Audi show rooms I have been to. Thank you Travis and Satyan, who have not only have made buying a car easy, also they really do give you the time for you to make your decision, without being rushed. Honestly, they have nice hospitality and the car concept stage where you would configure your ideal car, then they can give the options for your to achieving it, or another model that could be a similar tradeoff. Such an amazing overall experience, will definitely return to buy another from them. And the unveiling of your new car on handover 'nice touch.'

Absolutely amazing place to visit even when you are just wanting to sit in an Audi R8 and be a child for 5 minutes. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to show me around even though I was only there as a car fanatic.

Brilliant service from a young man named Nimesh patel. After dealing with 4 other Audi main dealers we found audi city london to be the most efficient. Couldn't of asked for a better service. Extremely helpful young man who delivered everything we asked for :)

Took a little visit there yesterday, the staff was amazing! Took my first look at the 2017 RS5 and configured my own one. Was hoping to see the 2016 R8 V10 Plus, as I have seen that in Berlin last year, but you can't make possible, can you? Maybe I will take a little look again next time I visit London, thank you Audi City!

Brilliant service from the entire staff! Audi City London is an exciting place to enjoy the cars in Mayfair. The staff were very efficient and helpful, especially the lady on the phone.

This was my first time buying a car and I was not disappointed!!! Parting with so much money was so nerve racking but the guys in Audi City London were incredible. I was helped by a lovely chap called Mirko, he spent a lot of time with me explaining everything about all the cars I was interested in, he was so professional and polite. It felt like I’d known the man for years by the end of our consultation. You will be looked after properly so you need to go to this branch!! Cannot describe in words how happy I am the service and lengths audi city London went to to help me get my 2017 rs3 saloon which also came 2 weeks before expected is unbelievable. I must give the sales women Hena Ahmad 20/10 she is so patient and always happy to help I don't think I could get a better sales man or women she is an absalute credit to audi city and audi uk.. I must have been one of the most annoying customers ever but she went above and beyond for me which I am so grateful for. Audi city is Not my local audi but will be my absalute first choice for every single one of my future cars. I would like to thank Hena, audi city and all the staff that helped me with my car =).. i look forward to seeing you again please keep me updated on all future releases of facelifted or performance plus models of the rs3 =)

The staff here are really friendly and happy to just let you browse without the hard sell and wait for you to approach then. The space is bigger than you think with a couple more cars on display downstairs. It's a little bit and miss as to whether you'll be able to get hands on with the car you want to look at, but it's otherwise a really good dealership.

Don’t even bother to walk inside, if you don’t match their “standart” of good looking. After trying to speak with someone( being absolutely ignored on purpose for like 15-20mins in empty store) they told me I can’t afford the cars so no point of conversation. I was in absolute shock. There is other brands knowing what good customer service is.
