We visited them a week ago to get a price for a bespoke wardrobe.They took our details and our requirements but they told us they will not send us the quote on the same day as they were on holiday (it was Friday) and that they will send it at some point the week after.We did explain we are looking to order a wardrobe pretty urgently and their response was I'm not going to send you the quote today

I cannot praise this company enough .They have done a wonderful bespoke kitchen . The fit was detailed and perfect with a good eye to detail.Neil designed the kitchen fit and made the most of the space we had. This is a company that is customer centred, pleasant and I would even say bends over backwards to meet your requirements , while giving you good advice along the way. Thanks so much for everything !

From first inspection to completion The Kitchen & Bedroom Furniture Store Hinckley have been excellent, providing me with a new bespoke kitchen.During the initial visit Neil had some ingenious ideas around creating space and storage. For a small kitchen this was handy. I knew I was going to have an issue with one of the doors, which I pointed out to Neil. However nothing is a problem for these guys and they are as good as their word.The quote when it arrived was competitively priced.The lads working on the kitchen (Tom in the main) are meticulous. When the kitchen was finished I couldn't see anything that was less than perfect (which is unusual for me)!Everyone went over and above just fitting a kitchen. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They can think out the box bringing solutions not problems. They are completely reliable, always on time and trustworthy.

A year on, and I am still as excited about my bespoke kitchen and utility, as I was when Neil and the team completed it. I had been very disappointed with the service I had received from another kitchen company, giving me a quote for a kitchen they wanted to impose and was impractical to my situation. I was then recommended The Kitchen & Bedroom Furniture by a friend.The service was so different from what I had previous experienced. They listened to what I wanted, gave advice where needed and delivered a kitchen and utility to a superb standard. The workmanship is second to none, with the quality of the cupboards having been greatly admired by friends.Personal, trustworthy and quality guaranteed. Would definitely recommend this company.

We cannot recommend TFS highly enough. Great customer service, top quality design, workmanship and installation. All other tradesmen project managed by TFS.If you want a high quality kitchen at reasonable prices and built and installed to the highest quality then TFS is the place to go.Gary

We have had 3 bedrooms built by TFS in 2 houses we were so delighted with our bedroom in our old house we went back to them to fit the bedrooms in our new home.They gave us everything we wanted and more,from start to finish highly professional ,the fitting team was second to none very polite ,clean and professional.
