As first time buyers the property market seemed a bit confusing, what forms do we need to complete, who do we send them to, what type of survey do we need, which conveyancers should we use? Peter was able to help all with all of this, he guided us through the process the entire way. We got a great rate on our mortgage and Peter is only ever a WhatsApp message away. He clearly has a wide wealth of knowledge on mortgages and insurance and was able to advise us of any potential issues we might face when using different lenders. Would very highly recommend.
