Coach House Vets

Friendly vets who are very experienced and know how to handle the animals well. Especially dogs. They work with the local dogs trust and have done fantastic work. Very vigilant and aware of the dogs. They give every dog a chance and very patient in making sure things are done correctly and safely.

Always friendly and helpful with a great caring service.

We've been using Coach House for a year now since we got our first lurcher and now have another lurcher and two ferrets registered with them as well. They have been absolutely brilliant for all our animals plus a foster dog we had spayed with them too. Friendly staff, experienced and knowledgeable vets and nurses. You can tell how much they actually love animals and it's not just a job. It's horrible when you have to leave your furry babies at the vets but we know they're in good hands here! Such a nice little practice. Thank you Coach House!

This continues to be a wonderful practice. Vets Phill and Chloe are so personable and the reception always make a real effort to help. Known this vet's for some years' but now we have moved to Newbury we have just started to use them. Very friendly and caring staff with a warm welcome.

I actually travel out of area to come here , always amazing professional service.I could not imagine going anywhere else. All staff I have talked to have been friendly and polite. I have used them for several years for my small animals.

Our hearts stopped when our dog ran out in front of a van. We scooped him up and phoned the Coach House Vets and they immediately found time to see us. They rushed him in to be looked over and the staff made sure we knew what was happening at all times. As my little boy was shaved for his scan the nurse held him and he snuggled his head into hers. It was heartening to see that he was getting the support he needed when he was so scared. The Coach House have always been amazing with all our pets, but last Friday was text book in how to deal with such an emotional event. I can't thank the team enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive friendly vets. :)

Wonderful surgery with very caring and attentive people. Google asked me to update my review. I still think this place is excellent.Last night we called at 1.15am because our cat's eye looked like something from the upside down (turns out she has a scratch on her eyeball). By 1.45 we were having a consultation with our regular vet who looked after her with the very best care and attention and was super friendly and lovely to us too. Really, I'm not sure veterinary care gets better than this place. Thanks Phill.
