Bought a cage that was incredibly cheap for its size. Had to pay over £20 in shipping though so it wasn’t “cheap” by the time I’d bought it all.Arrived relatively quickly but when I opened it up, it appeared that pieces were missing and some were flimsy/bent. Tried to phone but the number was not in use anymore. Emailed and the lady was lovely and explained (although, not perfectly to start with) that the instructions were wrong, not the parts.So, I started assembling, having to basically ignore the instructions since it didn’t call for some parts and did call for some I didn’t have etc.Overall, cheap cage, decent quality, just not perfect in any sense of the word.

Best ferret cage on the market for the price!!Will never get a cage so amazing like this one!!On top of that the customer service is just perfect!Friendly chatty and not a robot!I’m a proud ferret owner and this cage save my life basically with them little magicians.I would like to personally praise Claire who I have been emailing!Make sure she gets some recognition for the amazing work she is doing! My wife purchased a Cozy Pets 36 inch dog cage via a well known supplier as we decided our dog needed a bigger cage. When it arrived it seemed a little flimsy and the panels did not sit together very well. We also noted how thin the wire was compared with our old tried and trusted cage. Our dog is a small dog, not particularly active, but it is young, and it is used to cages. The dog spent one night in the cage and we came down to find he had bent the bottom of the end door inwards by around 2 inches. We let the dog out by the side door, and straightened the other door as best we could. We popped out for 30 mins (again with the dog in the cage) and when we returned the bars were all bent, the door pulled in again and this time some of the welds holding the bars had come away leaving sharp ends protruding into the cage. Very Dangerous indeed! The cage was obviously not fit for purpose, being dangerous and unusable after less than 2 days use. We contacted Cozy Pets who couldn't have been more rude and condescending. Telling us it was our misuse and they would not accept responsibility for their poor workmanship. We are still trying to get a refund and will keep trying, but I would recommend that no one should consider this company to be a supplier of quality pet products. If you value your pets, avoid Cozy Pets like the plague!

Excellent customer service from these friendly people, I’m very happy with my run and will definitely use again, I didn’t realise they were closed on Saturday but I was still met with a “no problem at all” Five stars

Super friendly owner. Great selection of cages at very reasonable prices. I really cannot fault them at all. As you can see, I have *lots* of animals. Luckily, I can buy good cages and equipment to suit almost every one of them at prices which won't bankrupt me.I can't praise them highly enough, and I am hard to please.

I have a few products from this company....the RC01, RC02 and my most recent purchase, the RC03.I am beyond happy with the quality of the cages, customer Service, and speed of delivery.I am registered blind and managed to assemble each cage every time without any assistance, within about 30 minutes.

Worst customer services in the world. £350 shed with a missing roof panel. Proof sent, zero effort to rectify. Absolute scam.

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered a cage, which arrived damaged. I still tried to build it, following the instructions. Wood panels came scuffed, and sharp aluminium rails weren't cut properly - smaller bars were even too large to fit. I emailed asking for help, and all I was told was you are supposed to assemble it without screwing the screws in". I wrote back and asked which piece of furniture ever requires being held together by hands

Bought 2 large cages approximately 8 weeks ago. Have tried various ways to get in touch, phone number doesn’t work, sent message no reply tagged them in a Facebook post no response. Cage welds have come apart and basically fallen to bits. £90 per cages I’m sort no fit for purpose. Would really like to speak to someone but chances of that minimal. Think I might write to companies house then inland revenue, see what that brings!

Terrible company, wouldn't give me a refund when one of my Ferrets chewed through the bars of a cage I bought from COZY PET even though the law states I'm entitled to one. I wouldn't use this company again if the stuff was free and I suggest you do the same
