Had issue with microphone. Everyone on calls couldn't hear me properly. Literally had one hour before I had to go back to work. The guy, don't know his name, wasreally busy but was able to diagnose and fix the issue by replacing a part. Tested it. All was good. Excellent service and reasonable prices too. Very happy
