I attended Grace's Thursday evening class with my husband as a one-off while visiting the area. We both really enjoyed it. Grace and her fellow class regulars were very welcoming. The atmosphere made us feel at ease with excellent guidance and encouragement but no pressure. I highly recommend this class regardless of previous yoga experience.

Love love love Graces yoga classes leaving me so relaxed I even fell asleep!!I’m really enjoying challenging myself with balances and coming from a dancing background re training myself not to push myself into stretches!Grace is fun and calming and has so many modifications if you aren’t there yet or something is hurting amazing classes!Thankyou Grace

I’ve wanted to try yoga for a while but felt too intimidated to do so. Finally plucked up the courage to try it and Grace’s session made me feel really at ease and comfortable. Definitely coming back. The studio feels really warm and homely, it has equipment that can be borrowed, good facilities and a lush collection of plants. Can’t fault it, certainly recommend.

Such a open, light calming space. I was very nervous as it was my first time doing yoga within a group session. Grace was extremely conscientious of this, she gave a calming presence and let me know it was okay to feel uncomfortable experiencing new things. I felt no pressure to force myself when I found a pose difficult, or straining. Highly recommend for those who have experience in yoga and for those who, like me, are newbies. Well done Grace!

This is a really lovely class to attend. I have been going to Grace’s sessions for a while now and really enjoy them. The studio is great, calm and has a warm feeling to it.The classes itself I would say are good for beginners right the way through and Grace is always happy to provide alternative moves depending on ability.
