I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of significant concern regarding fraudulent activities that are occurring under the guise of the Abbey Dale Medical Centre, allegedly associated with the Home Office. It has come to my attention that an individual or group is using the name of Abbey Dale Medical Centre to deceive and scam unsuspecting individuals. The scam involves sending emails to people, falsely claiming that they have been selected for a job or similar opportunities. To provide you with more information, the scammer is utilizing various platforms and has been reaching out to individuals through email, creating a false impression of a connection with the Abbey Dale Medical Centre. This fraudulent activity is not only misleading but also damaging to the reputation of legitimate institutions.

Absolutely shocking GP surgery. No duty of care to their patients, the GPs are rude. I would avoid this practice and find a new one.

Terrible service. Both my parents are aging and need to be able to access their doctor. They were constantly being told they could only have a telephone appointment even though my Dad had been admitted to hospital a couple of times. Their medication hadn't been reviewed for a long time and were just given the same high doses everytime. They were spoken to like they were an inconvenience. This has led to them moving surgeries recently and this has proved very positive as there has been more issues dealt with in a few weeks than in a few years at this surgery. If you feel you're not being looked after by people who are suppose to be looking after you, change surgery.

Worse doctors surgery ever. Seen a few doctors there only nice one is Dr Glass. Doctor Singh very arrogant and rude and felt like I was an issue being there when I’m trying to ask for advice on a bald patch (alopecia) on my head. Didn’t even look at my head either? Asked if I wanted my bloods taken but again made me feel as if I was wasting her time? You’re suppose to be the doctor you tell me if I need them taking or not. Also my brother took his life last year and we found out he told them he felt suicidal before he did what he did. They put him down as no risk after the phone call? Absolute joke of a surgery!!

Quick update on my previous review - to thank their new physio, Rahila. What a star. She is incredibly helpful, patient & knowledgeable. She took the time to listen" to our questions (something which seems lacking in these "fast paced" days). Rahila offered sound

On the phone and in person the receptionists are all so lovely, particularly Andrew, he is so helpful and understanding, nothing is too much trouble, always friendly, professional and polite. The surgery is always clean. The nurses are nice, kind and patient, the Doctors are good, particularly Dr Voma is kind, sympathetic, understanding, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, explained everything clearly to me in a way I understood and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve never had any problems with my prescriptions and Lanre, the pharmacist, always asks if I’m happy to continue with my medications or when starting new ones, I appreciate being involved in my care. Also during covid when appointments were few and far between, they arranged an appointment for me at Whitegate Drive, excellent, saved me waiting there for hours. I couldn’t fault the surgery or any of the staff.

Never had an issue with my doctors!!! Been great with me and my children. Dr Voma is brilliant!!! My son was issued some antibiotics and my local pharmacy didn’t have them. At 7pm I got a message to say that another antibiotic had been issued along with a list of pharmacy’s that open late. My little boy has autism and Dr Voma was so good with him. Can’t rate this surgery enough!!! A massive Thankyou to everyone there!!

Dr Singh, no empathy, very rude, no doctor/patient rapport, I got the impression she didn’t want to be there, she quickly hurried through my appointment, would request a different doctor for any future appointments.
