It was a very pleasant experience buying a car from Kallenhard. Great thanks to Sam who did not put any pressure on the purchase at all, all he did was being very honest and helpful. Living in Portsmoth, it was not very convenient for my wife and I to drive up and down all the time and Sam managed to minimise our trips, offering great price for part exchange and even helped having things done at my local garage, when there are some work needed to the car. Huge thanks to Sam and great guys there.

I dealt with Sam initially over the phone, he gave me an accurate description of the car and we agrred a deal with me paying a deposit there and then. I visited the premises 5 days later, post the initial AA inspection and viewed the car getting the required repairs, indeed I spoke with the garage and mechanic (non-Kallenhard) and was very confident of the whole situation. Sam was extremely helpful and professional, I purchased the car before I left.The vehicle was re-inspected by the AA, repairs completed and passed, I had a fresh MOT and service, with the vehicle delivered (at an agreeable charge) to my home. The delivery driver (Andy I think) was very helpful, we went for a drive and all was well.A very positive experience throughout.

Doug and Sam at Kallenhard have been unbelievably good to deal with from the first minute that I found my Range Rover Sport online. Sam's communication throughout the sales process was faultless, giving me a great p/x deal and arranging a smooth handover of my new vehicle.However, after about 6 weeks my vehicle developed a loud noise which turned out to be the rear differential and wheel bearing issue, that needed to go through the warranty, costing in excess of the amount covered. While this worried me in the first instance as I half expected to receive a sizeable bill, Doug (one if the directors) not only agreed to cover the excess cost, which wasn't an insignificant amount, also agreed to pickup the repair bill in full and then arrange to recover the money from the warranty company to ensure that I got my car back as quickly as possible.It's not often that you come across a company that value customers to this extent, but I can guarantee you that the first place I will look for my next vehicle will be Kallenhard Engineering, despite me living nearly 200 miles away.My genuine thanks to this amazing company!!Ian

One of the best garages I’ve ever dealt with. Won’t let a car leave unless it’s 100%, mine needed new tyres as picked up during the AA check, they didn’t replace them with ditch finders, Continentals went straight back on at £350 a corner.Great, friendly, very well presented business, Daniel was in contact every day to let me know on progress with the transaction, managed to get the car pushed through quickly so I could have it for the bank holiday weekend, He even came to the train station to pick me up, in my new car so I could drive it back to the garage.Couldn’t recommend them anymore, wouldn’t hesitate to check what they have in stock when purchasing another vehicle in the future.Thanks again Kallenhard for a fantastic buying experience and a Fantastic car.

I recently sold my car to Kallenhard and I was a little nervous at first due to dealings I’ve had with previous garages over the years.Andy and Graham came to my home to pick up the car. They were both incredibly kind and polite, at no point I felt intimidated or pressured.After the test drive and checks were complete I received payment immediately, before they took the car away. From making initial contact with Charlie having seen the car I was interested in to viewing the car and arranging to purchase, the whole process was very good. kept fully up to date with the progress and then when I collected my new car the handover was hassle free the car was fully serviced new MOT and cleaned and detailed.
