Highly recommend Marcus at Broadway Environmental Services. I made a (panic induced) call to them this (Sunday) morning, he picked up, advised and despite working all day, came to mine just after 6pm. Fortunately what I thought to be a wasps nest turned out to be a swarm of bees which have now, thankfully, moved on. I found Marcus polite, professional, knowledgable and very reassuring and won't hesitate to recommend him/Broadway to anyone in my position. Great to receive such good customer service these days... I'm very appreciative, thank you.

Called one evening and by the following afternoon, Marcus had attended and our wasp problem was gone. He took the time to explain their guarantee too, given the problem location of the wasps but this service wasn't required.

Marcus was absolutely helpful and informative and made my worries go away. He was also very patient even after I missed an appointment. Very friendly and I would recommend to anyone!!

We had a mouse take residence in the cavity wall. Not easily accessible at all. Marcus sorted it. He was very very professional, honest and communicative. Will recommend him to anyone.

I'm disappointed with this service. I hired Marcus from Broadway Environmental Services to deal with the rodent infestation in my loft. His communication was good prior to payment however once payment was made he became unresponsive despite the issue not being dealt with. I had to call from different numbers and get other people to speak to him on my behalf. The rodent issue still hasn't been resolved.

Fab company! Would definitely itely recommend. I messaged about a wasp nest and received a very quick reply with a very reasonable quote. They came next day and quickly treated the problem.
