£7 for this flavourless bahn mi that had almost no filling… also wanted to charge an extra £1.50 to sit down lol. People who are saying these bahn mi are good have clearly never had a proper one!

Been coming here every week at least ones, price to quality ratio is unbeatable in the area. We tried many Pho places around London, and always come back here. The Pho is great, love the chicken satay, Banh Mis are amazing. Representation is simple and efficient, taste is great, that is all that matters. Would definitely recommend all for a quick stop to enjoy food that is soulful. If you want to sit and enjoy long discussions, there are better places for that.

Price: Less than a tenner for most of the food in the menu. They also have a £10 deal where you can have 2 dishes for £10. This is what my friend and I got.Service: The staff are nice although one of them kept on asking us if we were ready to order.Verdict: Good food, nice staff, ok portions, and affordable. I’m definitely coming back again.

Wasn’t impressed with there service charge nonsense and £7 for a pork sandwich/baguette with a small amount of meat inside it was absolutely rubbish. Overall a poor experience and a rip off in my opinion!

As this is essentially a take-out place, I don't have a high expectation for it but the pho soup and beef brisket was flavourless and overcooked enough to make me want to leave a review. Yes, most of things on the menu are under a tenner but there should not be a pho like this served to a customer.

Love this place for Banh Mi. I've had the pork special twice now and it's fantastic. Always warm fresh baguette with plenty of filling. Doesn't take too long either, a few minutes and you've a delicious Banh mi in your hands.They have a seating area inside with some more space downstairs, and of course offer takeaway.Even when busy for lunch they still had my Banh ready in under 5 minutes.
