Have been using this carpet shop for a few years now, after my friend recommended them.They are very quick with delivering and fitting. The are generally cheaper than the other few carpet shops in the area. I had faulty issue with my recent purchase. They came out and investigated and then replaced the carpet . Thank you so much. Will definitely reccomend this shop and will also continue shopping from you.

Had the full house completed by Heritage. They have done an amazing job. The fitter Atta was great guy spent his time ensuring it was done to the highest standard. I would highly recommend using them.

Stay away from these cowboys! Absolute waste of money. No wonder they are so cheap! The way they fitted my flooring was absolutely appalling, it’s all lumpy and lifting in places. When I called up to talk to the so called manager about it he was so rude to me . Swearing , shouting down the phone. Did not care at all. Wish I never gave them any of my money!!! Terrible customer service skills and use awful products and fitters. Avoid this place.

Very good flooring suppliers. Helpful advice from sales staff to make the right choice, fitters turned up on time and did a great job. No hesitation in recommending this company based on my experience to date.

So unreliable!! I ordered a lino to be fitted on a Friday, for a property I am letting and it needed to be done before the tenants moved in on Saturday!1) they charged me for beading which I said I may need but didn't comfirm.2) on the Friday, they rang me 45 minutes after they were supposed to come, to tell me that the wrong lino had been delivered. No apology no nothing. Did they only realise at 4.45! I unhappily rearranged the fitting for the Monday between 1-3pm.3) Rang them at 3pm to be told they are waiting for the fitter to get back from another job and still waiting! I rang them again to be told by another person that the lino hasn't been delivered! Unbelievable! Now they are promising for Tuesday!Not happy at all. Very unprofessional and they're not even cheap!!

Stay away when they arrive they will give u a cheaper carpet which looks exactly like what you chose in the shop they are crooks don't waste your money

Lekut ( my spelling) and Amir at the shop were great, the price for a 12x13 good quality carpet was brilliant. The fitters ( K&K, uncle and nephew) arrived on time, were so polite, helpful and very good at what they do. Definitely going back for my next Carpet and hopefully get the Khan fitters again.

Possible the best and cheapest in the whole of birmingham great warehouse with a large selection. Also very fast turnaround even in busy times they can get it out to you. They have the best carpet fitters on. Whi actually know what they are doing. Will defo recommend them.

Really happy with my experience. A wide range of carpets and vinyl. I ordered vinyl and was fitted within few days. Very reasonable pricing. Good fitters too.
