Couple of the handles on the windows in our house had broken so we couldnt open/close them. Gave Cohens a call as they've been in the area for many, many years. One of the lads was round the following day and was able to repair them for a great price. They're now good as new. Will definitely come back if needed in future.

Smashed my patio glass doors while mowing the lawn. Cohens sent someone out within minutes to secure our home. A couple of days later new glass fitted. Really great service, very quick and kept us up to date with what was happening. The best bit was the price which we found to be the best locally. Definitely highly recommended

I had an issue with a broken conservatory door locking mechanism. I contacted Cohens and they were here to help within a few hours. I had a very professional explanation of the problem and the fix which was completed within an hour at a reasonable price. He even adjusted the whole frame mechanism to ensure a super smooth closing/locking operation and gave me a recommendation for replacement handles. Highly recommended!

Had some repairs to our front window and patio doors, couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. John was knowledgeable, identifying the issues immediately, where other companies had struggled to see what was causing the problem. Reliable, efficient repairs completed with respect to social distancing and safety in mind. Reasonably priced, don't bother going anywhere else.

Called here on Monday for 2 small pieces of glass. The man in the shop was not at all friendly or helpful. He said that they were too busy and couldn’t cut my glass but took my measurements and said he’d phone later in the day when it was done. He quoted £40 for the job. Not surprisingly, he never called, which I sort of anticipated owing to his lack of interest.I went to another glazier the following day. They were very friendly and professional and cut my glass there & then, charging exactly half what Cohens had quoted.Unacceptable customer service. I certainly won’t be using Cohens again.
