My wife and I recently had a new package treatment plant installed in our garden by ADP, and we are very pleased with the way they carried out an unusually difficult project.From our first meeting with him, Paul Pilling inspired confidence with his technical knowledge, ability and patience in answering our questions, and can do attitude.Our house stands on a hillside, with a shared driveway above (up 12 steps) and garden below, laid out in terraces with steps between. The treatment plant needed to be installed part way down the garden, where there is no access route for vehicles or heavy machinery.As a result, the whole job had to be done by manual labour, apart from the actual mixing of quantities of cement and concrete (using, over and over again, an ordinary mixer which could be carried down by two men). All materials had to be carried down some 40 steps, and spoil etc. carried up; and the treatment plant itself had to be delivered in kit form, carried down and assembled on site.We found all members of Paul's team to be polite, capable, keen to please, careful of our property, and uncomplaining about the abnormally heavy work involved. The project was begun on the scheduled date and finished on schedule and on budget, and with as little disturbance to our garden as could reasonably be expected. We are truly grateful to all concerned.

ADP came and replaced my septic tank with a water treatment plant. Every one on site were very pleasant and professional with nothing an issue. They were all very happy to answer all my questions (especially would you like tea or coffee). They left the property clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.
