Good college with friendly and helpful staff, especially teachers. They very fast helped me to join the course. There is prayer room as well. They also have nice cafeteria with good prices.

Went to enquire about free courses on computer courses. Not much helpful nowadays. I didn't which was inquiry desk. In past they would have helped you choose the right course ECT now your not acknowledged. I was lost in there. Recently become unemployed after 25years. Everything has changed now. I don't know much about computers, online application ECT. Older people need extra help them to get to understand the computer world and to get a job in that world.

Very misleading, a waste of time and disgusting behaviour!I saw on the booklet and website that they offer Functional Skill Level 2 in Maths. I called the college to confirm this. They told me to go there to enrol. When I arrived, I had to complete a few application forms and then meet a maths tutor about my course. They told me to do an entry-level assessment. I told the tutors I was here to apply for Functional Skill Level 2. Suddenly, they said to me that the college doesn’t offer Level 2, but they only offer Level 1 and GCSE in maths. I was so disappointed and wasted my time filling in these applications and was given the wrong information!During the entry-level assessment, there was a tutor in the test room watching videos from her phone while the music was loud as she laughed with her colleagues. This was unprofessional and disgusting behaviour, as I found it hard to focus during my assessment.I hope that someone in charge sees my review and makes changes for the future!

Did evening classes in a vocational field and have never seen such incompetence. Apart for a couple of good teachers the rest of the admin staff and most of the teachers are there to get a pay check and do as little work as they can get away with. I wasted a year of time, opportunity, money, and motivation to carry on in the field.

I wouldn't say communication at this college is bad - it's non-existent. Never had trouble in OTHER colleges knowing of a start date. They will either send you a letter or an email well in advance. THIS college - nothing. I had to chase up so many times. Given one number after the other. Passed from pillar to post. The admin team don't have information ready at their disposal. One dept doesn't know what the other is doing. There was a teachers training day the other week. WE WERE NOT INFORMED about this at all. Ended up making way into college to be told to go home. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.No lesson plan, don't even know if we're following the syllabus? Who knows. We have an app we can message the teacher - never any reply when you ask a question. Left wondering if there's even a lesson some weeks. We have 1 (practical) lesson a week. We are SUPPOSED to have 2, an additional theory lesson. We have not had 1 theory lesson - ever. I overheard teacher once say cos ' i couldn't get a classroom' . Absolutely unbelievable.I don't even know how we're gonna get to the end of this course and even pass it.The teacher is ok, but there is no communication anytime you email or phone, no reply.I chose this college because it is local and have always wanted to come here. I fear if I'll even get what I came for. The college doesn't put learners first and take enough responsibility. I just hope I get out of it what I need to move on.Woefully inadequate college. Will not recommend.

Terrible college from poor teaching and lack of modern facilities, to slap dash organisation of scheduling and course information. This college needs to be fundamentally examined and then restructured and reorganized from the bottom to the top because i can't see where the money they are getting is going. If you are a student and you have a choice please look at going to another college.

I had the best English and Maths teacher on my GCSE course. Isabelle and Hossein were very supportive and pushed me to do my best. I can’t fault a thing about them! And with their support, I managed to get the right grades to get me into an Access course HE in medicine. They believe in me, and I’m so thankful for that! The mental health team was brilliant too, David was very attentive to all my concerns and always tried to give the best advice throughout the year.I enjoyed my time and I learnt a lot from all of them.

The staff are lovely, especially the reception team. The building... its awful. I feel sorry for students. It's a great shame government funding doesn't support educational institutions more. Communication and planning seems to be an issue.
