My mate had gone in there she had her eyebrows threading and tinted. They were a horrible shape and they was not the same . I had a second opinion and she still said they wasn't that good . I went in and told her and she did them again and I'm still not happy with them however would not offer a refund. Also had cluster eyelashes done they had made my natural eyelashes fall out and didn't last that long

Went here for the first time today. Lady was friendly and threaded my brows for the first time effortlessly and professionally. I would usually have my brows waxed but will now have them threaded as they look so much better. Will definitely use best brows again in the future.

I came to the point now must leave a feed back for this place!! I have been visiting on regular bases! I always thought she was very moody but if you add her rudeness on top of this it became unbreable. I asked aloe vera gel with cutton pad! my goodness...she almost throw at it my face! Do I need to tell how unhygienic this place is also!! Will never step in again!

Was recommended best brows by a friend and have now going for the last 3 years for a tint and thread and more recently waxing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Amy has been doing my lashes and eyebrows for a couple of years now. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is very welcoming and always smiling. And only uses the best products. Very good prices compared to the rest of Bognor too :-)

I though I would give this place a go, but unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. The customer service and the atmosphere were below the standard. Initially, I thought the lady was going to play some relaxing music, but from the start to the end of my treatment she played on YouTube on her phone, out loud, some screaming reality show in a foreign language. Unwelcoming and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. If you are planning to relax while doing your treatment, I would not recommend Best Brows. I left this place with a headache and completely puzzled about the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Sorry, would not visit again.
