Time Tunnel Models

I had ordered a RC crawler from another shop and a week later I had to email them just for them to tell me it was out of stock.Saw it was in stock on Time tunnel models website so I ordered it and it was here within 2 days. That's proper service, cheers guys.

Is was my first time ordering from Time Tunnel Models and I will certainly be ordering again. Very fast despatch and delivery. 10 out of 10 from me.

Messaged about a delivery being late as stated arrive by 2nd August. Basically got cheeky email with capitals back from Gemma because i said maybe use a different courier. Blaming ebay and Basically myself for not paying an extra £5 for faster delivery. Really no need for the rudeness.

What an amazing company. I knew nothing about this company except they claimed to have what I wanted in stock. And they were across the pond. My emails were responded to quickly (given the time difference - I am in the US - east coast). After seeing the positive reviews (because it's the internet, and you have to make sure sellers are legitimate), I ordered on a Monday, and got an email that the item shipped the next day, Tuesday (again, time difference meant they were closed when I ordered). Imagine my surprise when my item arrived today! And the item was perfect. Tested it out with my kids when I got home, and it's flawless! Unbeatable price and inexpensive yet fast shipping. A+++

Better prices than i could find on amazon and nice to purchase from an independant.Cant believe how quick the item arrived. I ordered it at 3pm and it was delivered the next morning on the other side of the country. Phenominal service so far. If i had one gripe, it would be that i'd tried calling a few times but it is hard to geet them on the phone. All in all, very happy and am sure my nephew will be thrilled with the Tamiya RC car...as will I.

Fantastic service. Extremely quick delivery. Very well packed and took the kit battery and charger out to reduce the cost which I haven't seen anywhere else. A really good idea, thank you. Would definitely use again.

I have been using Time Tunnel for a few years now and I've had nothing but excellent service and communication when needed. I will continue to use them for years to come.
