My first visit to this hospital. I went to A & E with excruciating kidney stone. The staff from Reception to nurses and Doctors were very helpful and rushed me through to CT scan very quickly. I had kidney stone. The only downside was not enough seats in waiting area and no one offered me their seat whilst I was screaming in agony. But staff just couldn't do enough to help me. So Thank Homerton Hospital Staff, I am forever grateful.

I had an amazing experience with the Endoscopy department yesterday and I wish i had all their names - the lady that took me in and gave me clothes to change into, the second lady who administered the medication Thank you.. Dr Tariq, Nurse John, Tina - the whole team, thank you!. One of the best experiences I have had in a hospital!

I had a great experience at Homerton Hospital's A&E thanks to Doctor Morris. He was incredibly nice, listened attentively, and explained things with care, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It felt like having a compassionate friend by my side. I want to sincerely thank Doctor Morris for his exceptional care and support.

Looked after my mother very well -cant thank the staff enough. The downside was in her ward a patient who was admitted late arrived with full family were allowed to sir around the bed with 2 shopping bags of snacks eating, laughing and joking after visiting hours complete lack of respect for other patients in the ward. All complaints from other patients were ignored. Another patient was on mobile phone after visiting hours till the early hours with the speaker on- again complaints made but staff did nothing. It is a pity that such a wonderful hospital with brilliant staff could let these incidents happen.

I had a great experience at the A&E department. Dr. Antonio was knowledgeable, empathetic and took the time to explain everything to me properly. And Nurse Emma was a gem - very kind and attentive care. Together with the other staff, they ensured I was comfortable, well-informed and most importantly healthy!

I had a truly disappointing and concerning experience with this dermatologist. During my visit, it was evident that the doctor did not take the time to properly examine my moles. Instead of using professional methods, they applied their own chemical cream to check the moles, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsure about the legitimacy of the procedure.Furthermore, the communication barrier was a significant issue. The doctor barely spoke English, making it nearly impossible for me to understand the examination process or ask questions about my condition. Clear communication is crucial in the medical field, and this aspect was severely lacking during my visit. To make matters worse, I had the distinct impression that the doctor was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. After a mere two minutes of interaction, it felt as though they wanted to rush me out of the clinic. This lack of attention and care for my concerns left me deeply unsatisfied with the level of service I received.I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to have a dermatologist who takes the time to conduct thorough examinations, communicates effectively, and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with this particular dermatologist, and I would caution anyone seeking dermatological care to consider other options. Your health and peace of mind deserve better than what I encountered here given that we pay ridiculous amount of N.I.N every month.Another thing which was evidently concerning was the hygiene, it was the worst I have ever seen and toilets were absolutely blocked.

I have always praised this hospital. I had 2 of my babies in this hospital in the late 80's yes many years ago but they have always held a high regard for me. I have other children and took my youngest there when we had the swine flu and they were very patient and made us feel safe and that my little boy was going to be ok. They reassured us both and they could see how frightened we were. I don't have any complaints and will continue to go there. My husband was recently admitted to our local hospital because that is where the ambulance took us and the treatment and staff were terrible. I told him he shouldn't have come to this hospital but the distance from homerton to where we live is far by bus. But if we ever have to go to hospital again I don't care about the distance we are going. I don't drive so it will be buses for me but atleast I will know he's being taken care of.

I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent week-long hospital stay. The dedication and professionalism of the doctors, nurses, porters, radiography, etc staff were truly commendable and I left feeling a lot better than when I came in.However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding the use of language by some staff members. There were instances where I overheard staff including doctors, senior doctors, etc, constantly referring to me a patient as 'old', etc and not just once but on multiple occasion within hear shot as if they were trying to humble me. For example within an hour I was called old"

I had a great experience at the fetal medicine department. I went there for my baby scan and there was a lovely young receptionist (with blonde hair and blue eyes, long lashes) who was taking care of everyone with empathy and kindness. I don't know if she'll ever see this, but I just wanted you to know that you are making a difference during stressful times! Certain receptionists from other depts should take notes...
