What an amazingly nice and helpful guy. dropped him a text as it was late and he rang me back immediately. Sadly he couldn't help with my issue but that didn't stop him from walking me trough a tradesman web site to find the best person and going through his phone book to give me the numbers of people in my area that could help. My gas boiler died on Christmas Eve. After British Gas tried and failed, we got a personal recommendation for Chris. He came out promptly and offered a ceiling price. In the end he had to do more work than replace the boiler, but still managed to undercut his estimate by £100. He was friendly, helpful and gave clear explanations, listening to our views. He discussed other work that we might want to consider, but did only what was needed and didn't push. I am very pleased with the results and the way in which he worked. I am very happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a Gas Safe plumber and heating engineer.
