I am very pleased with the care given to my husband during the last two years that Kindherts Care have been visiting our house. The staff are always cheerful and friendly and look after my husband with care and thoughtfulness.

An unpleasant company to deal with, not very caring. Let us down badly. The carers themselves are very good, but unfortunately the management is not caring at all.

I am so thankful that I found this team to support my grandmother. Finding the right care company is not an easy thing. It is hard to transfer the care of your loved one over to strangers. It is hard to put that trust in someone else. The team here made that transition so much easier. They are kind and compassionate and they work together with myself and my grandmother to provide her with excellent care. My grandmother loves having them and accepts their support, which is not necessarily something she has done in the past.The team are trustworthy and transparent, working with me to address any concerns. They have been flexable and adaptable, nothing I ask seems too much. They will always try their best to facilitate change.I cannot thank them enough for all that they do for my family, they work so hard.They are just amazing!

So very pleased I chose Kind Herts Care,they went above and beyond for my father George,nothing was too much trouble and done everything to accommodate his needs.Communications were key,John and Michael were always available for me to discuss and amend dads needs as they progressed,and also a support when times became difficult,they always would have a reassuring chat with me.Choosing a care agency is a very daunting task and I am so pleased to had chosen kindhertscare.Although only a short time with them as dad eventually had to go into a nursing home I really feel the care gave that personal and professional touch,I have no hesitation in recommending kindhertscare.Thank you John.

My Mum who is 95 has a daily visit from the professional kind and caring ladies at Kindherts .They visit her in the morning to help with personal care and support her getting her breakfast . This has made an enormous difference to her physically and also mentally because everyone has been so lovely and supportive to her .Her visits are always punctual , she knows everyone who will be calling and looks forward to the time that they spend with her . In addition she has regular calls from the manager to check that she is well and also enjoys a chat with him .5 star service I ( and I know I speak for Mum ) can’t recommend Kindherts enough .

Fantastic care agency. I cannot praise all the staff and management enough for all the love and care they are giving to my mum and dad they all go above and beyond their duties .amazing people!

Kind Herts Care have been amazing with my elderly grandmother. They always went the extra mile in their care. They visited 4 x daily and never let her down. A small team means they are able to offer some continuity of care and it’s great to see the same faces. All the carers are friendly, kind & professional. Highly recommend this organisation for home care.

Absolutely fantastic company. From the office staff to the carers. They are exceptionally good at their jobs. It was awkward for me to finally ask for help, and the carers have been amazing. Very hard workers, incredibly understanding, and very easy to be around, with a very high standard of work. I haven’t felt embarrassed or tentative in asking for things to be done. I feel cared for, supported and comfortable. I would highly recommend these wonderful people if you are looking for care for yourself or someone else.
