Poppies Cleaning Service

I would highly recommend Poppies as an employer. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the office staff go out of their way to settle you in and make you feel comfortable. There is a great open door policy, so someone is always around to help with anything you need! The company offers hours that suit you, and fit around your lifestyle.....perfect for those of you with school age children.

I have worked for poppies for only 6 months but in that time I have been the happiest person. The job is wonderful and the business is run to the highest standard.the pay is excellent and I feel that poppies is a family my work family . My manager Richard is one of the most genuine people and looks after his employees. I truly would recommend Poppies to work for and to help maintain order in your homes .

Great company to work for, I started with Poppies over 3 years ago and never looked back i love my job, and went on to be a staff trainer its very rewarding everyday meeting new people , a great owner /manager great enthusiasm that filters down , lovely members of staff that all help each other out .

Expensive, inconsistent standard of cleaning, cleaners not turning up, customers views not considered when complaints have been made apparently an apology is good enough!!

Poppies offer an excellent service and the staff are always attentive and work hard. Our church (Grange URC, Higher Beb) is not a small building but Debbie & Nick are spot on with their cleaning.

Over priced, low standards and very poor customer service I booked a clean for my living/dining room, kitchen bathroom and hall, stairs and landing, was quoted £210, so I paid 80% up front, the cleaners turned up late and once they had finished I realised they hadn’t cleaned windows, light fittings and hadn’t even hoovered under the coffee table, let alone under the sofa! There was dust on the windows and the bathroom hadn’t been touched. Looked like someone had had a quick wipe around in the kitchen. Manager was sent photos but then insisted she wanted to come to my house and see for herself and agreed that it was below standard, promised to get back to me the following week but never did because she said she was too busy… I finished the clean myself and asked for a partial refund, this was flat out refused.

Terrible standard of cleaning, and rude office staff! When concerns over the quality of the clean were raised and cleaning contract terminated they were very unprofessional and abrupt despite having received full payment for an inadequate job.

I've recently started working for poppies and already I feel part of a friendly professional team. The hours are great and suit my family perfectly. If I ever come across a problem I know the poppies Team will be there straight away to help.
