His warm, kind manner made the whole family feel comfortable and we will forever be grateful for the service he gave, celebrating our beautiful Nana’s life.

From making the first heartbreaking phone call to coming in to make the arrangements for our beloved mother, everyone at Ian Wildes were so wonderful, kind, warm and friendly and compassionate, they made the whole process so much easier for us to bear. Following our recent bereavement, I have to say that the before and after care myself and my family received was exceptional - everything handled in an ultra professional, caring and thoughtful way. I haven't got enough words to describe how wonderful this family run funeral home is. When we were at our lowest with a passing that was a shock to us they handled everything with delicate and sensitive attention and guidance. We could rely on them to look after our loved one and our family with complete professionalism but while also making us feel completely at ease with them. I can't thank them enough for making a very difficult time much less stressful than it could have been. My partner's family have also used this funeral home previously and were also impressed with the care and support they received. They were so professional and caring and nothing was too much of an ask. The funeral directors were simply wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They not only assisted me in arranging an appointment to collect the death certificate, they also arranged the gathering at The Mill after the service.
