I LOVE the Chi Machine!!!I use it every day. I'm fairly active, and use it to loosen up before exercise and Tai Chi practice – or just as a bit of a reset-button in the evening after work. I'm also a carer for my ill father right now – and he completely loves it as well. It's one of the few things that gives him genuine relief and comfort.I honestly can think of few purchases I've ever been happier with. I cannot recommend this enough.Also, Nicola was superb throughout ordering and delivery. Her price was massively better than Amazon – and she was attentive, helpful and friendly from first contact to delivery.Again cannot recommend enough. Would give it all 10-stars out of five if I could!

Was a matter of 3 business days between when I ordered and when the Chi Machine arrived. Nicola was attentive and responsive throughout. I absolutely love the machine- as do my daughter and disabled son. It's a great way to reset our nervous systems and it has helped my lower back as well.

I was most impressed with the professionalism of Nicola Gilbert when ordering a Chi machine from her. I know it's daunting to send so much money (£425) to a stranger, but thankfully she is a valid salesperson for the Chi machine. The only slight problem I've had is with FedEx who delivered the machine. I paid their various fees, obtained a receipt, but they are requesting the same payment again - dated a week after their receipt is dated. Most odd, and a tad annoying as I now have to continue corresponding with them to find out what's going on.

I want to thank Nicola and say how thrilled I am with my new Sun Ancon chi machine. This is the real deal; from my research, all other chi machines are just poor and costly copies of this original Sun Ancon device. The speed of the Sun Ancon chi machine is perfectly set to provide the correct spinal motion which offers all the benefits to your body. Nicola was extremely helpful and after placing my order with her, delivery by DHL to UK was very fast, literally a few days! Excellent service.

I have bought both an infrared hothouse and a Chi Machine from Nicola and I am extremely happy with both items. My son is recovering from a neurological injury and I was suffering from chronic back pain. We both now use them daily and absolutely love them. The customer service from Nicola Gilbert is excellent and her enthusiasm for these wonderful products is infectious. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and both items arrived in less than a week of the order being put through. I highly recommend both the Chi machine and the Infra red dome and Nicola’s service!

We have bought two Chi machines from Nicola, we felt confident in her recommendation and quality of the machine as she is a professional . It has been a great help both for our son in law who was experiencing lower back problems, our daughter who 'cricks' her neck at times spending too long at her desk. Then both my husband and I feel the benefit of it in our 'young' old age ! Our grandchildren enjoy it and another daughter when she is here is always sneaking off to the 'wobble' machine so overall a big plus to this family, we also bought two of the heat pads which at times of stress or any pain we use and enjoy. Short Form Recommendation - Nicola is amazing and she will see you right.Do as she says - don't over think it.Long Form Recommendation - When I was first introduced to the Ancon Sun Chi Machine, by my Shiatsu Therapist, I was blown away.I'd never even heard of it, let alone seen one before.I used it for 10 minutes and new I had to have one.I was advised to only get the Ancon Sun Machine as it's the only one that works effectively - it's the only one with the proper motion and was developed by the guy who actually discovered the principle.I was also told that it was expensive and that I'd have to jump through flaming hoops to get it.He was not wrong.My critical analysis and my visceral intuition led me to Nicola.If it wasn't for her I would have just given up.Nicola is thoroughly committed, professional, principled, decent and efficient.The process that you must follow to obtain the device is in place for good reason.She does not make much from this - she wants you to benefit from the device.I'm in business - I would not do what she does, based on the profit motive alone.She is one of the Helpers.Just do as she says.If you get confused about the process, like I did, because I am often slow on the uptake, just do as she says - you can chat by text, email and phone.Like I did.She sorts it all out and does all the hard work.Additional bonus - if Nicola offers you the FIR Pad (Far Infra Red Radiation) at £75 - snap it up.It's awesome.I bought it by mistake and have never looked back.My right shoulder and lower back no longer hurt.Note - you probably won't read the instructions for the Chi Machine, when you first get it, so here are the salient points, plus my own observations.Start with a 2 minute session, as the motion is massively potent - do not use if pregnant.I generally set the timer for 15 mins, but my body normally tells me to pack it in at 12 mins.The motion is going to release some very nasty toxins from your spine, which is why I got it - you MUST drink a 250ml of glass of water before and after.Do you want those toxins to recirculate? - I doubt it.Water is the ultimate exhaust system for our bodies.It is the spice of life.When done - lie there for a minute and enjoy the bliss.When you do get up - do not sit straight up.Roll over gently and ease up.The Triple Threat - if you look at the picture, you will see that I have it set up with the FIR Pad ready to lie on, to heal my lower back, whilst my head rests on the cushion that has a Grounding Pad on it.A Grounding Pad earths you, so its exactly like like lying on a beach - your electro magnetic field is in direct connection with the earths electro magnetic field.Your ankles then go up into the device.I find the combination of all three to be an extraordinary bliss out experience.I'm into athletic level exercise and these things make my hurt go away.You can also wrap the FIR pad around your shoulder, or any body part that hurts, like I do.I am unable to leave my number or email here as Google does not like it, however, if you wish to communicate with me, then ask Nicola for my details and I'll be happy to chat with you.If you made it to the end of this review - you are a trooper.I do hope you enjoy your purchase.Have a great day.M.
