Management and staff at this facility are rude and don't have any care for customers. They threatened to damage personal property and created an issue that could have been simply resolved by speaking calmly and offered help instead of getting aggressive. Will be putting a formal complaint in with the head office as when calling the manager he was rude, unprofessional and continuing using inappropriate language.

Me and my friends have just gone to Huddersfield kingsgate sports direct to purchase football boots when we were met by the manager Thomas which began shouting at us immediately to leave the store which was completely unjustified as we had not done anything he began swearing at us and threatening us to leave I tried to speak to him politely but he continued shouting. He said we had caused previous problems even though we have not been in the store for months. When I tried to call the store and complain I was still met with a rude attitude.

Me and my friends walked in today as my friend needed new football boots, even before we entered the store a man followed us but we thought nothing of it, we was heading towards the boots section and he came infront of us and rudely asked us to leave the store with 0 reason at all, he refused to give us a name, he publicly humiliated us and lied infront of everyone saying we cause trouble there on a regular basis even though we haven’t been in the shop recently, store manager Thomas did all of this, don’t go to this shop it’s wack.

I bounced a ball and a big black man told me to stop politely so i stopped bouncing the ball. As i was leaving i put the ball in one of the racks at which point the same man shouted in an aggressive manner that i should put the ball back in the correct basket otherwise he would throw me down the stairs. I did what he asked however was still met with threatening comments to check my attitude- which were unjustified as i was communicating politely.I found this whole ordeal extremely unprofessional and it has discouraged me from shopping with sports direct in the future.Thanks,Billy
