Hannah's Plant and Pet Care Services

We called upon Hannah's home and pet care services recently to look after our special girl, Amber, whilst on holiday. Our pooch comes with all kinds of quirks, so we needed someone skilled and experienced who works well with reactive dogs and comfortable with your not so average canine.Hannah arranged a pre booking visit and dog walk with us to understand everything about Amber and what to look out for on walks. Her knowledge and interest left us feeling so reassured and confident Amber was in good hands.During the holiday, Hannah provided regular detailed updates, once or twice a day, with pics and videos of Amber's adventures. It was so lovely to get the posts and we looked forward to them every day. It made us feel so relaxed and at ease.During the week of care, Hannah was also faced with the additional challenge of a heat wave. Like a true pro, she made sure Amber was cared for appropriately with the addition of her own paddling pool and some iced treats to keep her cool. She also had to adapt with different sleeping arrangements and worked with Amber and her fear of fans!This is our first time using this sort of service and would be more than happy to book Hannah again (already pencilled in for summer 2022). Amber had the time of her life being spoiled rotten for a week, and we had a more relaxed holiday knowing she was in the best possible hands. It was so nice coming home to a calm and happy pooch who clearly loved her time without us. Probably a bit too much! Thanks again Hannah. Exceeded our expectations and could not recommend highly enough.
