What an absolute joke! I went in the store they measured up quoted and I paid assuming it’s all done! Then they come to ‘remeasure’ and try to charge me more! I then called up to enquire and despite telling me specifically my hallway was getting done I’m now not getting a hallway carpet and they’re trying to get me to pay more again?! Spoke to a miserable non understanding manager I can see this order being cancelled shortly! I would also like to add that the sales gentlemen on the remeasure asked me to ‘sign here to confirm he had measured the carpets’ however he was trying to get me to sign to agree to pay more! I kind of feel like they’ve come into my home wasted my time then tried to scam me out of more money. Wishing I’d gone with Bradfords instead! Would not recommend at all!

Avoid at all costs.Don't usually write reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. My wife and I organised for carpet to be fitted on the landing and in one of the bedrooms and additionally, ordered a runner. 6 months ago (September 2021) the carpet was fitted and the runner measured up.5 months ago the runner was supposed to be fitted but it had been measured up wrong. It was only the piece for the platform, where the stairs dogleg round that was faulty, so I paid the fitter in full and he assured me that he'd get straight onto the store and it would be rectified asap.Still, to this day, it hasn't been sorted. I have called the Evesham store countless times; initially the item wasn't yet in store, then it was and I had multiple failed attempts at organising a fit date.On one occasion about a month ago we had the fit date in the diary for 2 weeks, I took the day off work so that I could be there to let them in. Called them on the morning as limited confidence 5 months on, to be told it was with the fitters and they'd be with me soon. Mid-afternoon, no sign so I call the store again to be told unbelievably that there had been a mistake and another customer with my (fairly uncommon) surname was having their carpet fitted instead.Called again last week, after I'd calmed down to be told that my job was high priority and the store manager would call me later that day to get something in the diary asap. A week on and no call.

Supposed to have had carpets fitted today. No one turned up. PeopleIn the shop haven’t tried to resolve or sought alternative solutions. They don’t care about the massive inconvenience this now causes me. No reasons for cancelling.

Very good service from the team, they got a man to come and measure within a week and all sorted very fast. Nice to have advice on carpet, vinyl and underlay and good all around experience so far.

Went in just looking at getting an idea of a price on carpet, we were served by Chris and found the perfect carpet very quickly, the price was reasonable so we decided to order! We can’t fault it, we had it laid in 2 stages to make it easier on us! Exceptional communication and customer service, very high quality carpet and underlay! Truly made a huge difference to the house! We can’t thank you enough! Would definitely reccommend!
