I ordered 2 MacBooks for my daughters, the first I had to send back within the first few weeks but the issue was resolved and I thought no more of it.The second MacBook lost sound a few weeks ago, noticed there was an update so completed this. The MacBook would not then turn on. I spoke to the team at OurDeal who asked me to perform a few different tasks but nothing worked. As under warranty I was asked to return at my expense and assured it would be sorted quickly.The day it was delivered back to them I asked how long this may take and was assured it was being looked at as priority. Fast forward a week and no update, no returned MacBook. I tried to call (which is impossible, nobody ever answers) so sent a further email, explaining how this was for my daughters college work and how we needed it back asap. The response came 'After checking the device we have found a liquid damage caused a huge fault in the device and we had to change parts to fix it again. This is costs £50'. followed by their bank details. There has been no liquid near the MacBook it is at home on a desk that we use as a family. I have queried their response and findings and am either ignored or told once I pay they will return the MacBook. I am being held to ransome. There has been no communication other than this. This seems very concerning, I have received no report or explanation just a £50 bill. I am now without a MacBook for my daughter. The liquid damage is a complete fabrication on their part. I will NEVER purchase from this company or recommend again. I just wish I had listened to previous customers and avoided like the plague.

My granddaughter wanted an Apple Mac laptop for her 18th birthday. Got a fantastic deal from OurDeal. Great service arrived within a couple of days. She loves it I will recommend this company

I done a lot of research into OurDeal, Reading reviews asking friends if they have purchased anything from them because I have never bought reconditioned computers before and I decided to purchase an IMac at which I thought was a very low price, But I did and was so surprised when it was delivered it was in excellent condition and ran has if new.Highly recommended.

I highly discourage anyone from purchasing a product from OurDeal after my experiences with them. I was delivered a laptop that was malfunctioning from the first use which, for this reason, I sent back for repair. By the time I was returned the machine, the first month had expired during which I would have been able to receive a refund.Despite the repair, the machine was still unusable due to its persistent screen issue. I got back in touch and was able to send the laptop back a second time, however never ended up receiving it back. I am still waiting for the laptop to be posted back to me - it has been more than a month at this point. Customer service is always friendly and responsive, however in light of the actual issue blatantly unhelpful. This has cost me so much effort of figuring out what is wrong with the laptop and so much time writing frustrated emails. Please consider very carefully if you want to put yourself through this experience in case that the product is malfunctioning.

Great service and support. From ordering to delivery and almost instant response to my email query about how to download the software, the company and staff were first class. I love my Mac Book Air and even more pleased with the great price I paid! And as if that wasn't enough, I received two trees planted in my name to offset the CO2 with TreeNation. What a great ethos and a super company.I have already recommended you to a couple of friends. Keep up the good work! :)
