Ring put in for sizing, first visit to collect it was returned minus a diamond on the shoulder. Had to point out that it was missing, when this should have been checked before collection.2nd attempt at collecting and the back of the ring was an odd shape. One section of the back of the ring is now thinner with sharp edges, the other side is thicker and as it was originally. There is a nick" out of one edge at the back

Have had a few minor repairs to pieces of jewellery recently. Brought in an old silver watch with the idea of repurposing into a bracelet with an amethyst where the watchface was.Fantastic result and now have a one off for a very reasonable price.Highly recommended
