The staff and overall environment was great.I brought my cat in for a planned spay, however it was found she was pregnant. I was called immediately and informed of my choices. I was informed of the risks of continuing with the spay and reassured when I made this decision.The vet was very empathetic and understanding and despite being short for time allowed me to discuss and make the right choice for our family.I'm happy with the care we received from the team.

Everyone at Vets4Pets Burscough were absolutely amazing! Friendly, informative, patient with me and my questions.The vet who did the surgery on my pet did an absolute amazing job, I'm so happy and impressed. He's bounced back so fast and healed beautifully. I cannot say thank you enough! He's a gerbil and the vet here is trained with exotics!! I couldnt be any happier with the outcome.

Sansa sustained a small bite wound around the eye, the practice was just about to close when i rang, they agreed to wait for us to have a look at the wound, when we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming and supportive. At no point where we rushed, it really was above and beyond top quality care. we have our cat registered at another local vet, we have now registered the cat with you as well, thank you all so much.

The reception staff squeezed my pet in for an appointment on the same day after I explained the issue. And an op was scheduled for the next day. Empathetic friendly knowledgable that obviously care.

The staff at Burscough Vets for Pets are always helpful friendly and very accommodating. They always do their best to give me an appointment within a couple of days. All the staff are interested in my cats and genuinely care about the pets they are treating. When I have had to attend with my cat who had passed away from a heart attack all of the staff were full of compassion and care.

Excellent reception staff warm and friendly. The nurse made a fuss of our puppy and was gentle and caring with her. Friendly and warm with us aw owners. Our puppy had her first claw clip as well as her monthly flea treatment. The nurse was clam and our puppy remained calm and was happy to have her claws done. Her tail never stopped wagging. Totally feel in safe hands and we know we can see a vet if it is needed.

We have recently moved our dog Buddy, from another local vets after having a lot of issues and being let down (he’s been there 3 years). I can’t begin to explain the difference in our experience visiting Vets4Pets. Thank you so much for making it a positive visit (from the lovely receptionist Ivonne, to the kind vet that Buddy instantly loved) we came away happy because Buddy was made a fuss of and he was no longer frightened like he was in the old vets. Also, the aesthetic and layout is much more inviting and bright than other vets. I feel we’ve made a good choice moving him here.

Friendly and decent vets.Although they do not always give up front price which really should be a must even if its a range.Time management is poor considering they can cancel appointment if you are late. But they are often late.Probably still best in area, hopefully they will read feedback and improve.
