Good Idea to go early as there's usually a bit of a waitI went half an hour after it opened and was seen within 5 mins.Very helpful. Need to give as much detail as you can.

I had a little issue and I was not sure about how to, let's say deal with it in the correct way and the staff was brilliant and so helpful and funny, i went in the morning and I do think that is the best time to go as when I left it started to fill up, big big thank you all at the CAB your doing a wonderful job and helping out those that need it most.

So very helpful,friendly and professional staff.Used this excellent advice centre a couple of times and found the help and support invaluable from the wonderful staff.Part of the My Wifi free network.Open late on Thu also.Very helpful leaflet display.Also part of the Community Food Service thus can help yourself to provisions.Very Impressed indeed with this Advice Centre.

Unbelievable unhelpful.On our first visit the lady we spoke to was kind and encouraged my son to send for the PIP form assuring us that when it arrived he would be able to get help at the centre to fill it out. We were warned it might take up to fours hours to complete.So we took the form back to the centre when it arrived to be told basically to go home and fill it out ourselves!Waste of time going to visit this centre asking for help as it seems each advisor has their own idea of what help means.
