This is a rare place. In theory 4x 175kw chargers and 4x 50kw chargers all at a bargain price (2nd May 2023, it was 46p per kw). Honestly it should be brilliant, but the only reason I've given it 3 stars instead of 5 is that of the 4 really fast chargers, only one seems able to go above about 30kwh. The last one got up to 130 when I tried it, that was perfect. Got me fully charged in no time. But why the others are not working properly, I don't know. Get the working one and it's superb however. Plus lots of shops, restaurants and toilets nearby. Always a bonus

Terrible experience. Could not get the app to work as I have a Spanish phone. Tried to call the number on the charging unit but useless and waited long time with no response. A kind gentleman logged us in on his account and was so embarrassed by the way I was struggling to charge the car and wanted to fill our car for free. Get your system sorted out for tourists visiting and make going green a more pleasurable experience. Thank you to our lovely friend from Northumberland in his Polstar car.

Easy to get to, good regular service and plenty of parking. Odd place for car charging right in front where the bus stops.unless they are for the buses? Good shops and entertainment options around the area to.

Couldn't get the chargers to work using contactless payments. Had to ring for help. Took half an hour before starting to charge. This is not the first time this has happened.

Too complicated. Make them payable via card, I watch people drive away every time I'm charging as they have no idea what to do.

These fast chargers actually worked at Monks Cross Park and RideBP plus took over the running of this from York Council.There are at least 15 / 7.2 kwh charges Tried one didn't work. Phoned BP not one working suggested they should put a sign up not working.York Council should have given the contract to Gridserve , Instavolt or even Osprey even Connect Kerb at least they work

Great facility, good parking, easy to get to & facilities on site including toilets. Bus prices very reasonable (today 19/6/21) adults were £3.30 return with our accompanying child free. Frequent buses too so even when busy not too much waiting at stops!
