Cedar Views Windows

Brilliant experience with the team at Cedar, right from the first visit to the showroom with Jim, to ordering and installation, even through to ordering some additional keys from the manufacturer (which have to be specially cut). Would highly recommend!

Had a new spitfire door installed today and thoroughly pleased with the product and the installation. The spitfire door sells itself but the key is in the installation. Can’t be easy to get a new door to fit without damaging existing house render or internal decor/ wallpaper but the guys managed to do an excellent job of it so no making good to be done afterwards. Excellent trades men who were very knowledgeable, polite and an expert in their field. Thank you Cedar for our new contemporary door!

We are very happy with our new front door.It looks fantastic and has changed the look of the house completely. The quality is excellent but we did pay for a premium product. It was definitely worth going to the Fair Oaks airport showroom to see the products before you order..

Cedar Views were excellent. From start to finish, communication superb, reasobaly priced, very kind in responding to our questions. Door measurement and installation were professionally done. Special mention to Jim, Andy and Connor who were just brilliant. Highly recommend and will definitely seek their assistance in the future.

We had a couple of new windows fitted in the garage conversion by Cedar Views and it was pleasant & stress-free experience from sales to installation. Very polite, tidy, communicative & helpful.

Do not use this company.They are very unreliable. They still have our master keys after promising to get extras cut apparently they have lost the master key leaving us vulnerable to some stranger having access to our home.They still haven't fixed our front door that was not set up correctly to the point it won't lock easily and they still need to replace misted up window panes on the new door because they didn't seal it in properly.We have arranged a repairs visit for the above issues 5 times in the last few months and they have not turned up to all 5 appointments so far. Each time we had to call them and ask they where they are only to be met with excuses each time. Each time we had been polite and patient but resulted in a waste of my annual leave from work.They are the most unreliable company I have ever utilised and enough is enough. This is our experience and the poor customer service tells me we aren't the only people to have this issue with them.

We had our spitfire door installed by Cedar Views. We found Cedar Views online and made a general enquiry about aluminium doors. We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted but were encouraged by Jim to visit the showroom. After our visit we ended up ordering something totally different and a little special. It was very hard to walk away without changing our mind!!Jim works in the showroom and dealt with our order. He was always there to help where he could and would answer any questions or queries willingly. Anything he did not know, he would find out and come back to us in a timely manner.The fitters (Luke and Matt) were brilliant. Had a slight issue where they wanted to reschedule the install as they did not have enough time to do install that day.. They instead decided to resolve the matter and get the door installed! Very professional and fantastics attitudes. Shame all trades are not like them!!Very happy with service and door!

If you want a truly stunning front door then take a trip to Cedar Views Windows and cast your eye over the Spitfire door range so many designs and any colour you want yes they are more expensive compared to the normal plastic doors but you certainly get what you pay for and I must say although I changed my mind several times before I settled on the final design they helped me though the process well done them.

Highly recommend Cedar Views! The whole team has been amazing from first contact to final fitting. Jim took care of us throughout the process, he was knowledgeable and very patient with our many tweaks; he was always available and nothing was too much trouble in helping us chose a design that we were very happy with. The fitting process was seamless and we were given timely updates throughout. We chose a S200 model and the door is beautiful and excellent quality - we couldn’t be happier!
