Is a really friendly family run shop with high quality products and awesome customer service! We chose the Chesterfield in black (king-size) and we love how solid and well built it is! Our budget was around £800 with a mattress and the nice woman helped us get there. Hybrid mattresses are unbelievable comfy and very affordable. Also we had our bed delivered and assembled for us, in our apartment, just 4 days after purchasing which was awesome!!!! I wrote this in our bed in great comfort, just makes sense. Thank you so much Mattress World ❤️

Not often that I leave a review, but I couldn’t not. Most stress free experience I’ve had with a company ever. 5 minute in the shop and was sorted with the perfect mattress, no high pressure selling just a nice friendly experience. Was told to phone back to arrange a delivery date when I got the keys to my new house. I rang at 12pm and it was delivered at 6pm the same day. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Sean and his team. Highly recommend

Excellent service excellent prices and excellent choice. Came in last week bought x3 single beds amazing quality at amazing prices. Next day delivery no hassle excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning got my eye on a couple of things it’s like a treasure trove inside.

When our 2 daughters decided to both visit us at short notice we realised that we were a bed short! We had passed Mattress World several times in the past so we decide to call in on the off-chance that they could deliver a bed the next day. A very helpful gentleman helped us to select an appropriate bed at a good price and promised to have it delivered the same day! We had just arrived home when the van arrived and 2 guys brought the bed in and assembled it. The whole process took less than 2 hours- great service!The bed looks really smart and is reported to be very comfortable.

There’s a bit of a delay with mattress, but the owner of the company called and upgraded the mattress free of charge and also offered discount on all my next orders. Really appreciate this is so helpful thank you and also will be delivering it himself today. Marvellous customer service fantastic because this is not how he normally works. He likes to keep all customers happy and I am extremely happy once again thank you very much and highly recommend this store.

Really poor customer service.Purchased 4 mattresses at £600 and only 1 was the correct mattress. Upon contacting to ask for the correct ones to be delivered we have been told there was a label error and we have revlcieved the right mattresses. This is not the case as three do not have memory foam like the correct one and are considerably harder that the chosen correct one. My advice is to steer clear of this company due to lack of customer care and willingness to help.Phone call after phone call and a number of emails including photo evidence and still nothing. Very poor attitude and don't seem bothered.
