My Sisters service was today, her name was Lucy Glover. You guys did an amazing job. I’m in America and had to watch via webcast. You guys made that possible for me and I thank you for that.

Nice and clean all the graves are all nice and tidy

Tidy as usual but some flowers and other things spread around the area

I didn't really love it, but it is tidy and well cared for. Plenty of pathways and if needed roads to the graves

the first thing I liked is it's location which is on the edge of St Helens and very accessible from Kirkby/Liverpool via the East Lancs. Grounds are immaculate with lovely cut lawns and manicured flowerbeds. The building artchitecural wise is really nice with ample parking, inside it was extremely clean and bright with large stained glass windows. With regards to the service it was extremely short - we were in and out in about 12mins but that suited us as we wanted no fuss but they did cut the first two minutes of the song that the coffin entered the building which wasn't a good start however that was the only fault I could find. I'd highly recommend using this crem, they were attentive and kind.

As crematorium go it is in well maintained grounds and the ceremonies invariably go to plan.
