Great company with friendly staff. I was renting for 3 years and never had a problem! Promptly answering to emails, accommodating with inspection days, sorting any issues ASAP, overall great! Def recommend!

We used Busybees for the sale of our property and I can highly recommend them. We worked solely with Charlie who was dilligent and hard working and actually has completely changed my general attitude towards estate agents over the years. Our sale took 5 1/2 months and throughout the process I never once had to chase him, he always answered the phone or called me straight back with exactly the information required. He chased solicitors and the purchasers for information we needed without us even having to ask, showing real pro-active thinking, and what more can you ask for?We were very impressed and subsequently it made a frustrating and stressful process that much easier knowing he was on top of it all.

A proffessional and friendly agency. They responded quickly to any queries or issues. Very flexible with inspection dates as well. No problems the moving out process. I recommend them.

Always excellent service for landlords. Professional and courteous. Do a very thorough job of advertising rentals and screening of potential renters. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this is one of the most incompetent letting agencies I have ever come across. If you do look to use them then just be aware that they may take a very long time to do anything, you will have to chase things up yourself and be prepared for them not to update you on anything when they advise you that they would.

Arrived for a viewing last Saturday but the place had already been let. No one had let us know and they had no record of us even wanting a viewing. Definitely wouldn’t use again.
