I asked for a single A4 print (all of 30 seconds) and the attendant rudely pointed me toward a self service machine and proceeded to leave to go home for the day well before closing hours. Dismal customer service!

Horrible they scam you by writing a price that is fake and incorrect and ask for a very high price. The pictures are not clear at all.

Suther and Lauren was so helpful while I was trying to get some photos made up, I had no clue what I was doing but they made it look very easy. Prints are amazing quality and would definitely go back there, just for their service alone!!

I called up today to ask if I could get some negatives (7) printed whilst I waited. I was advised yes, I drove 40 mins to the store to be told by the man working that no, they couldn’t print these today as they were ‘time consuming’ and the earliest would be tomorrow. All the while this man lean to the counter and scrolled on his phone. What an absolute shambles. You wasted 2 hours out of my day for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have taken the passport photo and submitted to embassy but been told that application has been denied because photo is unprofessional and been suggested to take in professional place

Went to enquire (and hopefully purchase) a couple of large frames. I was waiting at the till, no other customers were in the store. Both employees saw me but were so engrossed in their own social conversation that they completely ignored me. I waited at least 5 mins for them to at least acknowledge me but nothing. So I walked off and took my custom elsewhere. What a shame you employ people that do not care about your customers!
