Snowbee products are consistently excellent quality and exceptional value. Also, I recently needed to contact Snowbee Customer Service over a recent purchase and the service I received was amazing. Professional yet friendly but the clear desire to put the customer experience and satisfaction above all else was outstanding! I cannot recommend Snowbee products and people highly enough!

Called in today for advice. Ended up purchasing a pair of Rockhopper studded wellie boots & possibly making a purchase to be concerning the Classic fly reel, two extra spools & bag for my forthcoming crimbo pressy. Good products ( generally ) and excellent customer service. I've had a few problems with products, but they are much more American, than British, in terms of customer service and been polite and very happy to help and send replacements out.

Bought a 5 weight Prestige rod 5 years ago, used regularly ever since. Light, accurate, good distance, behave well with substantial trout on. Superb service from Snowbee when needed.

(ZERO STAR REVIEW)I ordered a rod tube from Snowbee on the 13th of December. I then got an email on the 14th of December from Sam Horton of credit control to say it is out of stock and will get a refund within 3 days. 17 days later and still no refund! This was a Christmas present from my mother and unfortunately have not been able to order something else to come in time for Christmas as I’m still waiting for the money! After a week of not receiving it I called the office and spoke to a women who was quite rude on the phone and said that it can take up to 10 days even though I had had an email to say it will be 3 days. Just a bit of advice to anyone looking to purchase anything from Snowbee - STEER CLEAR! The office is closed for the Christmas period so will be getting a call from me once they are open.

Contacted Snowbee after I had the tip section on my Spey rod break, it was the first time I had tried it, albeit 2 years after I bought it!. Once I explained the circumstances, Snowbee agreed to waive their usual fee for supplying a replacement tip & delivered it via carrier.Top service, highly recommended!.

Acknowledged my online order fro waders by email then didn't reply to my email three days later asking about delivery. I called but the guy who answered couldn't tell me if they had been despatched. I was called back by another person who told me they had cancelled my order three days ago because the waders were not in stock. She offered no apology and took a patronising tone throughout our conversation. Never again.

I happened to speak to Phil at Snowbee yesterday to enquire whether I could purchase a new cord for my Snowbee Wading Staff. You can imagine how surprised I was to be told such would be sent FOC - moreover it duly arrived a day later. Thats what I call service and it will instil huge loyalty. Thank you.
