Avoid, absolutely atrocious service , lost six days work as a result of these clowns, parcel out for delivery and then cancelled rescheduled ? By who certainly not me, told high volume of deliveries unable to get to my area six days on the trot don’t think so just complete disregard and couldn’t. give a Shiite , avoid at all costs

Customer service is just non-existent.Edit: You were quick enough to reply to my 1 star review but it took 30 minutes to speak with someone on the phone who was unprofessional and of course didn't solve my issue.

This is the worst customer care service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. The guy on the phone literally told me to let it go until 3 days later to receive my package. Driver calls me for 2 seconds, I pick it up he closes. I then proceed to rush downstairs no one there. Waited for 30 minutes no one is there. And the guy on the phone is like, there is nothing I can do for you. This is the last time, I would ever use UPS, worst company ever, jesus christ.

Avoid this company at all costs!! They have had my parcel for 12 weeks after paying £128 extra in charges. They say they will deliver before end of day every day..... The comany is a joke. We always ask for different delivery company!! Spoken to the help desk 7 times at 45min plus.

Disgraceful staff and attitude. Swearing at my and threatening to kick my dog because he had issues with 2 other dogs that day.Parcel has been damaged and struggling to get UPS to actually do anything about it.AwfulEdit - I have spoken to them and they won't help or report the driver. They have passed feedback on I have told them I do not want him to come here again and want him dealt with or I will call the police. No reply...

Totally useless delivery company every single parcel over the last 2 years has never arrived on the day stated.Always days later or I have to go and collect from Skewen myself. Which is usually the case. They claim the van is to big for where I live but nobody else has problems getting here including 20 tonne lorry's, oil delivery lorries etc.
