As you'd expect from a business which is competing with others to attract customers, Delaware is smart, pleasant, friendly and the staff, at reception or in a consultation, knowledgeable. Having been taking our well travelled Cocker to them for some five years, I have no hesitation in recommending Delaware Vets. The car park is quite large and there's ample grassy space to walk a dog before checking in.

Like most vets now if they prescribed drugs get a perception then get you meds online,save yourself a fortune The care they give is first class

Absolutely amazing, veterinary practice. We discovered it when we got our cats from Happy Landings .lots of outside space to walk our dog . Confident patient staff, they allowed us to be with our nervous, misunderstood rescue dog the whole time. we were on the floor paying a classical music while he was having an anaesthetic. Where others have made us wait outside or go home and wait for a call. They treat my dog in the car when possible. They go above and beyond..we travel way out of our area to get there .

I find delaware to be very much about the animals.They give a friendly approach to the customer and are there to support you in finding ways to treat your pet .I would recommend and have mentioned delaware vets to frie ds.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Everything about treatment and procedures was explained clearly to me. Prices were explained before me making a decision. I am very happy to recommend Delaware to other pet owners.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Delaware vets in Yeovil. They looked after our border collie, Mist for several years, until the time came to say goodbye to her. They came to our home and worked with kindness and compassion.

Worse vets I dealt with, couple of the staff were excellent, vets I saw about my pets were pushy and very negative about our Frenchies. Communication is shocking and even though I told them I wasn't happy with the service, Delaware never asked why or apologised for the upset they've caused. And they are over expensive and definitely not worth the extra money. Too glad to move somewhere else.

Best veterinary practice I have ever used! The whole team are kind, compassionate and provide an optimum level of care. Their service is always fantastic and, during a recent emergency with my cat, the team were all kind, supportive and reassuring. Following a swift response and incredible standard of care, she is now back home and on the mend. I can’t thank or recommend Delaware highly enough!

A lovely & welcoming Vets, my boy is usually scared of the Vets but he warmed to them and the environment much sooner than usual - I put that down to the lovely team at Delaware. Once we were in the consultation room the Vet was very patient and loving with my dog. I would highly recommend this Vets :)

We recently swapped to Delaware (castle cary) after a recommendation (with a senior spaniel)We were very impressed by the level of care and compassion towards our dog and the efforts to try and keep him in a good place and pain free.Unfortunately a curved ball knocked us all off guard and he had to then be treated for a second issue .... at every stage we felt the service was very informative and compassionate towards our dog always putting him first with no time constraints when visiting ....Unfortunately the poor little boy didnt make it and we had to say goodbye to him , Roger & Holly made a home visit and helped us through one of our saddest days with their level of compassion and professionalism.We can't thank all the staff and vets enough , we only met them briefly unfortunately. They all were so sympathetic towards our dogs needs and made us feel everything towards the end was handled with such care and compassionThanks again ......
